EXTENSION OF BID CLOSING AND OPENING

PERIOD FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE

FOR NOTE COURTING MACHINE

It is to be recalled that Nib International Bank has invited interested and eligible bidders for the annual maintenance service for note counting machine.

With reference to this bid the bank has sought necessary to extend the bid opening and closing period in order to have sufficient time for bidders as well as the Bank.

Hence, the Bank has extended the bid closing and opening period as follows:

The bid closing date will be September 24, 2020, at 3:15 pm and

The bid opening date will be September 24, 2020, at 3:30 pm

Therefore, you are required to act in accordance with the adjusted time schedule.

All other terms and conditions in the bid document remain unchanged.
