Experienced iOS Developer / Simply Technologies

Simply Technologies is looking for iOS Developers to play a meaningful role in building our mobile platforms. The iOS Developer will work with a champion team to build and develop unique mobile solutions. This position requires strong proficiency in UI development as well as close collaboration and communication with Design / UX and product management business stakeholders and the API team.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile, collaborative environment to design, code, test, and debug innovative applications and support those applications in a timely manner
• Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of existing and future mobile applications to ensure that the application is scalable
• Work closely with other teams within the business to ensure quality software solutions
• Provide necessary technical and design documentation
• Conduct and participate in peer reviews of team members’ code
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency, researching the latest trends and technologies within your specialized field

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• 3+ years of experience in iOS development (Swift), familiarity with Objective-C
• Knowledge of Apple’s latest frameworks, including SwiftUI and Combine
• Good understanding of iOS, its frameworks, and APIs
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines, and Software architectures
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
• Understanding of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Knowledge of other web technologies will be a plus
• Good English language skills
