Strong communication skills are essential. The volunteer must be confident in initiating conversations with a wide range of individuals, from survivors to professionals and public figures, while maintaining a respectful, trauma-informed, and empathetic approach. * Confidence in outreach and relationship-building
* Attention to detail when tracking and qualifying leads
* Emotional maturity when handling sensitive topics

* Find 30 potential podcast or YouTube guests, including survivors of childhood sexual abuse (CSA), whistleblowers, retired professionals (e.g. social workers, police, educators, doctors), subject matter experts (therapists, psychologists, legal professionals), and government or policy figures.
Outreach & Engagement
The scouter will carry out initial outreach via platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, or email. This includes introducing the podcast, clearly communicating its mission, and inviting individuals or organisations to participate.
