On April 20, 2024, within the framework of the "Business Master Class" project, the subsequent session was organized with the participation of Mr. Chen Jiakai, General Manager of "Huawei" company in Uzbekistan, at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship. 

The Master Class was attended by students, faculty members, professors, and staff of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship that were interested in gaining insight from Huawei's success in managing innovative companies.

Mr. Chen Jiakai shared Huawei’s experience in developing and managing innovative international companies, highlighting key aspects of successful strategy and principles of effective project management.

Huawei was founded in 1987 in Shenzhen, China, and initially specialized in telecommunications. Over the years, it has expanded its horizons and become one of the leading global suppliers of telecommunications and smartphone equipment.

The company actively develops in the areas of network technologies, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, playing a pivotal role in innovative progress. Its successful development and operational scale underscore its importance in the global technology industry.

During the master class, it was also discussed how Huawei’s collaboration with international companies in various sectors allows it to enhance its products and services and implement cutting-edge practices in business management and development.

Mr. Chen Jiakai also highlighted that Huawei, thanks to its scale and technical expertise, creates a network effect. Its products and solutions have become a standard for many companies and developers, contributing to their further successful development and operation.

The interesting presentation by the General Director of Huawei was followed by discussions and a Q&A session where attendees had the opportunity to learn more the company's strategies and future plans. The interactive session provided valuable insights into Huawei's global impact and its role in shaping the future of technology. 

At the end of the Master Class, Mr. Chen Jiakai invited students, faculty members, professors, and staff of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship to visit Huawei's Showroom in Tashkent for a firsthand look at their cutting-edge technology and innovation processes.
