Hi, I'm a 23yo girl who has been an exhibitionist for ten years. It is not something that I'm proud of but I'm not ashamed of it either. I have only ever confessed this to a couple of people in real life.
Like I said, it started about ten years ago. I remember the first time I had this feeling, swinging on a swing set in the park. An older man was watching me, I realised that he could see up my skirt. Instead of feeling grossed out by his actions I found it fun and I continued to swing and let him look up my skirt.
This behaviour quickly escalated into somewhat of an obsession for me. I would find any excuse I could to let guys see up my skirt. Over time I became more bold and daring in what I would do. Especially when I was younger, I wouldn't really ever try to hide the fact that I was exposing myself.
These days I still enjoy it immensely and practice it regularly, however, I'm a lot more subtle now. I get a greater thrill out of a guy thinking that I don't realise I'm exposing myself. If he knows that I know, it kind of ruins it for me. I like the idea that he thinks he's getting a sneaky look without me knowing.
If I was a guy I'm sure I would have been arrested by now. I guess I could get in trouble also but rather than put me off, it makes it more exciting.
Just be careful out there! It only takes one weirdo to go from fun to FUCKED UP in a matter of seconds.
Yeah, a dude would get arrested, but I expect very few people would turn in a young woman. Play safe!

Hi. I can tell you I reacted to this same problem very badly and even more so when I discovered that our daughter had given in only for pretence and that she got rid of the bra as soon as she was out of the house. When she started only budding she wanted to have a bra so we bought bralettes but she felt her nipple stuck out and she padded them. And then when we thought we could buy her her first real bra, she decided to do without altogether. It was very sudden and we didn't get alarmed, she was still very small. But when she had reached a regular A cup her breast had developed into a very conical shape with already a large areola and very visible nipple and we talked about it because we thought now she should really start wearing bras and she refused in a most definite way. An older girl in her school went braless and she was her role model. So we had an argument and we forced her to wear a bra and a couple of months later I surprised her in the street without her bra. To make a long story short: she refused to the and and we gave in. She's 17 now, she's still an A cup but her nipples have become huge and they're visible whatever she wears. I cannot understand her.. So my only advice would be to give in right away because she will have the upper hand anyway.
I'm afraid what with free the nipple and all these things this is something we parents have to accept. What's more I firmly believe my daughter really is convinced that having your nipples show through your clothes or even being topless is not sexual. Of course, the guys won't think that and also it's not as if this trend was really embraced by all girls but I believe there are more and more. In my daughter's class she tells me there are 4 she tells me, plus her now. Part of me feels even happy because she was very self conscious about her nipples and her breasts, so it is certainly a good thing she's learned to accept her body. At the beginning she told me she would like to go braless if it were not for her nipples and that 2 girls in her class never wear bras but that their nipples are small and barely visible, but then another and yet another girl arrived braless and their nipples show so gradually she came to it. But it still feels weird seeing her like that, as if she were naked in a way.

I'm sure it feels weird if you've never done it but think of another thing that seems weird. Look at some old bathing suit pictures from 100 years ago. Times change, styles change. Would you like to go out in public wearing some of those clothes now? A bare breast is only sexual to some people, to others it's simply something to feed the baby. If we didn't make it forbidden for boys to see and stopped hiding it from them do you think they would still be going nuts over it later in life?

I would just give in. It is their body and they are in control of it. We don't want to confuse them by taking control of their body when we are the ones who are uncomfortable. If they are happy in their bodies and want to go nude, let them . Hope this helps.
I must ask: "Why does it bother you?". If you are honest with yourself, are you mostly concerned that others will think poorly of you, or that you are a bad parent? Are you worried about your reputation? Part of growing up is experimenting so that we learn from our successes and our mistakes.
When I was in high school in the mid-70's most of the girls I knew were quite adept at removing their bras underneath their shirt. It was no big dealt to see a woman braless. But Reagan got elected, brought in his friends from the religious right, and everyone in the US got uptight.
I spent a lot of time in the late 80's and early 90's in Europe - mostly Norway. Nobody was wearing a bra in Norway. And on a warm day on campus or in a park all would only be wearing a thong. Did I look? Of course. Would I have looked any less if they were wearing bras? Of course not.
I have long thought that if women didn't wear bras that there would be far fewer women getting breast augmentation. Please, what ever you do, make sure that she knows that her breasts are beautiful.
I definitely wouldn't worry or over- think it. Like it or not many girls that age like to show off their body. I remember the first time I saw a man my age ogling my daughter wearing tight, see through black yoga pants with a thong under. I got mad at first but came to terms with it once I realized that's what my daughter wanted. So I began to accept it and let her wear all the tight, see through and exposing clothes. Not only did I stop getting mad when guys stared at her, we eventually both got to where we'd just laugh about it and have fun with it. If my daughter is ok with exposing her body that way she has my full love and support. Good luck with your daughter.

I am an American that grew up on topless European style beaches of Kenya. While in HS we had swim parties and the European, and American (that were more international) girls only wore bikini thong bottoms as 15-18 year olds. At that age they are fully developed woman. It was ni big deal. I mean we could all appreciate they were beautiful and sexy but sexuality in other cultures is accepted and welcomed, but no one is being pervs. On another occasion during Christmas break, I was on a beach in Malindi as a 17 year old. As I was walking I ran into my 27 year old Biology teacher. She was a ginger from Irland. And she was topless and bottomless. It was a clothing optional beach. No big deal. We stopped and talked for a few then I walked down the beach with her to the beach house she was staying in with her boyfriend. I can say I saw everything she owned. And as she was collecting cowery shells and periodically bending over, I mean I saw everything, from the front and from the back. But it wasn’t an embarrassing thing for either of us. It just was. Did I enjoy it? I’m sure I did but it was not awkward. Not even when we got back to class in January. In fact we never even mentioned it. And I didn’t even feel like I needed to tell my buddies. It was a non issue. Nudity in European cultures is normalized.
