Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract quality candidates
* Conduct interviews and qualification conversations
* Develop relationships with prospective candidates through phone, email, and zoom
* Work with our business strategies to facilitate growth and market expansion
* Participate in ongoing leadership and development training
* Utilise our business systems to achieve successful outcomes

Skills and Experience 
* Minimum 5 years' experience in recruiting or related field such as business management and marketing
