Role Description The Executive Assistant role is a full-time remote position responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. Daily tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing virtual and in-person appointments, and coordinating travel and expense reports. The Executive Assistant will prepare presentations, draft and proofread correspondence, maintain accurate records and files, and support the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. This role also involves acting as a communication bridge between executives and teams, prioritizing incoming requests, and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions and deadlines. The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and locations to support smooth operations and efficient decision-making.
Qualifications
* Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
* Hands-on experience with Administrative Assistance and office organization, including document management and general administrative workflows.
* Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), online collaboration platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on confidentiality, discretion, and reliability.
* Experience supporting executives in an international or fast-paced environment is beneficial.
* Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
