Exceptional SWE Annotator | $85/hr - Remote

Position: Exceptional SWE Annotator

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $85/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Project-based (20–30 hrs/week for ~2 weeks)




Role Responsibilities

* Evaluate and annotate software engineering code snippets and tasks for accuracy and quality.
* Identify logical errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide structured feedback on programming logic, implementation quality, and clarity.
* Apply labeling and evaluation guidelines consistently.
* Work independently to meet daily review and annotation targets.




Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
* Proficiency in more than one programming language (Python, C++, Go, or Java).
* Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, debugging, and code analysis.
* Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and consistency.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote, contract-based role.
