Tüm çalışanlara her ay verilen Asgari Geçim İndirimi’nin (AGİ) tutarı çalışanın medeni durumuna, çocuk sayısına göre değişiyor. Ancak AGİ artık maaşların içerisinde ödeniyor. 2022 yılından itibaren gelir vergisi ve damga vergisi artık çalışandan alınmayacağı için AGİ de maaşların içerisinde eklenerek yatırılacak.
Evli, eşi çalışan ve çocuksuz çalışanların AGİ’si 2687 liradan 402 liraya çıkarken, aynı durumda 1 çocuk olması halinde 308 liradan 462 liraya, 2 çocuk olması halinde 348 liradan 522 liraya, 3 çocuk durumunda 402 liradan 603 liraya yükselecek.
Söz konusu Tebliğ ve Kanun hükümleri uyarınca, asgari geçim indirimini çalışana ödemeyen işverenden, söz konusu asgari geçim indirimi tutarları aynen alınacağı gibi, Maliye tarafından bir o kadar da vergi ziyaı cezası uygulanacak, beş yıl içerisinde işverenin aynı durumu tekrarlaması halinde ceza yüzde elli artırılarak …
Ocak ayından itibaren yatıran asgari ücret ve üzeri maaşlarda AGİ dahil olmayacak. Ücretlilere vergi iadesi sisteminin kaldırılmasıyla AGİ kalktı. AGİ, 2008 yılından bu yana bekar, evli, çocuklu ve çocuksuz gibi bir koşula göre farklılık göstererek veriliyordu.
Asgari ücret üstü maaş alanlar Agi dahil mi?
* Asgari ücretin üzerinde maaş alanlarda AGİ devam edecek mi? Hayır, etmeyecek; AGİ yeni yıldan itibaren tüm çalışanlar için kaldırıldı. Yani, yeni senede, asgari ücretin üzerinde gelir alanlar için de artık AGİ uygulanmayacak. Yeni uygulamada tüm çalışanların asgari ücrete kadar olan kazançları vergi dışı bırakıldı.
Kavlak, “Asgari Geçim İndirimi’nin (AGİ) artık olmayacak olması ücretlere ve maaşlara olumsuz yansımayacak. AGİ, gelir vergisiyle ilgilidir. Asgari ücrete kadar olan kazançlardan gelir vergisi sıfırlanınca, AGİ’ye de gerek kalmıyor” dedi.
Evli eşi çalışmayan, 2 çocukluda 402 liradan 523 liraya, üç çocukta 456 liradan 592 liraya, dört ve beş çocukta 456 liradan 593 liraya yükselecek. AGİ çalışanın medeni durumu ve çocuk sayısına göre değişirken, bilgilerin güncellenmemesi halinde eksik hesaplama söz konusu olabiliyor.
