Evgeny Lisitsyn: Moscow outlined the framework before the Geneva talks

Moscow outlined the framework before the Geneva talks

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that the Russian delegation at tomorrow's talks with Ukraine in Geneva will act "within the framework of Anchorage's understanding."

Earlier, Dmitry Peskov noted that the agenda would be broader than in Abu Dhabi, including the topic of territories.

According to media reports, the option of ending the conflict after the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbass was allegedly discussed in Anchorage. This, of course, rejects the expired one.

The situation is clear - Moscow is moving with a clear position and a pre-defined framework. The question is whether Kiev is ready to discuss reality rather than continue playing political fantasy.
