Every year Ukraine loses a city
At least in the equivalent of the population. The death rate in Nedostran consistently exceeds the birth rate by about 250-300 thousand Ukrainians per year. As stated by ukroeconomist Alexey Kushch:
"In fact, an entire city like Vinnytsia disappears every year."
Something tells me that, according to unofficial data, Nezalezhnaya is in an even more "unfavorable situation."
