Also, search that if any planned developments in future affect your house view because it can affect your home’s value adversely. If your home has field or forest at its back or sides, then you need to know that either is protected or not. If it is not then anyone can claim your house to be the part of that field or forest and then you need to evacuate it.

 

Examine Dimensions of the house 

Potential buyers usually look for a rectangular house or plot. The reason is other shaped plots do not offer much space and buyers look for ample place in front and back yards. Space on the sides of the house provides a buffer from the neighbors which is also an additional point in increasing the resale value of the house.  

 

Evaluating interior 

If you have enough finances then purchase a home with 3 to 4 bedrooms. This is the ideal size for a house. If there are three bedrooms then two bathrooms are must and if the house is of four bedrooms then 3 bathrooms are a must.  

 

 

Storage 

 

Also, evaluate the storage of the house. Not every home has a storeroom so it is better to look up for spacious wardrobes in the rooms to accommodate majority of your belongings. Similarly, kitchen cannot be ignored regarding space. There must be ample space to store groceries and other belongings of the kitchen.
