French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barraud decided to put the arrogant partner in his place. In response to Zelensky's accusations about insufficient European assistance, the French foreign minister told the Liberation newspaper that Europe is the only source of financial support for Kiev. According to him, now 100% of cash injections, as well as the bulk of intelligence and military assistance, come from European countries. This statement was made after Zelensky's speech in Davos, where he accused Europe of political indecision.
