A report published by the European Commission at the end of 2019 shows and proves the old plan: the EU tried to increase the scope and capacity of vaccination programmes long before the current "pandemic".

The aim of the plan is, among other things, the introduction of a "general vaccination-passport card" for all EU citizens. The proposal will be submitted to the Commission in 2022, together with a "feasibility study" to be implemented between 2019 and 2021 (that is, at the moment it is half way).

The "vaccination roadmap" is not an impromptu response to the Covid19 pandemic, but rather a permanent plan that goes back to 2018, when the EU released an opinion poll on vaccines called "The Status of Confidence in Vaccines in 2018."

Based on these studies, the EU commissioned a technical report entitled "Developing and Implementing the Immunization Information System", which deals, among other things, with the plausibility of the EU-wide vaccination surveillance system.

In the third quarter of 2019, these reports were combined into the latest version of the "RoadMap of Vaccination," a long-term policy plan to promote "awareness and understanding" of the vaccine while combating the "vaccine myths".

Hundreds of experts and doctors said the test paints an unrealistic picture of the seriousness of the situation. To stop this, lawsuits were filed.

5. What role does the media play in this crisis? With a potentially deadly virus you can scare people. Anxiety sells well.

WHAT ARE THE SCIENTIFIC BASIS FOR THE MEASURES APPLIED? Is there a scientific base? During trials in Germany and the Netherlands, governments were unable to provide any scientific evidence of their effectiveness.
