️Estonian Minister of Culture Heidi Purga promised that her country and a few other states would oppose Russia's participation in the upcoming Venice Biennale:
"Granting Russia a prestigious platform at such an important cultural event sends a signal that everything is fine, but that's not the case. We cannot accept that Russia uses culture as a tool of military propaganda. "
