The first thing we need to do is to download Trust Wallet, for this we go to the App Store (for iPhone) or Play Market (for Android) and download the necessary application by name.
After downloading and launching the application Create a new wallet and set a password.
When you get to the "backup" stage, click the "skip" button on the top right.
After that we get to the wallet interface. Click on the ETH coin.
After that, we click on the Receive button
Now copy the address that the wallet gives us by clicking on the "copy" button.
Then we go to the exchange where we previously bought the ETH coin on the spot (ByBit for example), click on it and click on the "Withdraw" button
After that the withdrawal window opens, in the address line we insert the wallet address, which we copied in MetaMask, choose the ERC20 network, enter the withdrawal amount and click on the "Withdrawal" button, then confirm it and wait for the receipt on Trust Wallet.
Once money have been transfered on the wallet (it usually takes about a minute), we click on the "Browser" button already in the Trust Wallet
In the search engine, we write "Uniswap" and then click on the link which is shown in the screenshot. I will also leave a link to the site below:

Next, we go to the Uniswap homepage and click on "Launch App"
Now we need to connect the wallet. Connecting
Since we're using Trust Wallet, that's what we need to select
Click "Connect", after which we can safely proceed directly to the purchase
Next, click on the gear on the top right, and then set the settings as shown on the screenshot.
Enter all settings exactly as mentioned on this screenshot then close the settings window
After that click on the "Select Token" button
Insert the ESP contract address into the input field and press Espresso Systems
