Whether they are regional or national reporters, these are the most beautiful women to work for ESPN.

ESPN has been the worldwide leader in sports for decades now. Whether or not you agree with the politics of a lot of its left-leaning hosts or reporters (or its few right-leaning personalities), you have to acknowledge the network's ability to produce both quality television and talented personalities. The network employs hundreds of individuals who make a living in front of the camera, not to mention the thousands who work behind the scenes, but for this article, we're only interested in the beautiful women who grace our screens during football, baseball, basketball, and hockey games - or tennis, golf, NASCAR, and heck, even bowling and other fringe sports.

We're sure ESPN looks for talented individuals regardless of gender or looks, but make no mistake, a beautiful blonde is going to get the job of sideline reporter over someone who isn't quite as beautiful by traditional standards. Is that an unfair practice? Absolutely. But it likely isn't going to change anytime soon and, with that in mind, we may as well celebrate the beauty of its talented hosts and reporters, of which there are plenty. Whether they are regional or national reporters and even if they're no longer with the company, here are the 25 most beautiful women to work for ESPN.

Arguably one of the more well-known sports hosts and personalities on this list, Charissa Thompson is also one of the most beautiful. The 35 year old Seattle native began her career with Fox Sports and hosted a variety of programming from Toughest Cowboy to Shaq Vs and even GSN's Big Saturday Night . She has covered hockey, basketball, football, and the Olympics and worked freelance for a number of different networks.

Thompson worked for ESPN from 2011 to 2013 before returning to Fox Sports. While at ESPN, she co-hosted Numbers Never Lie with Michael Smith and filled in as host on First Take and SportsNation . Adding to her already-packed schedule, she hosts Ultimate Beastmaster on Netflix. She isn't married and in September she was spotted sitting with NHL player P.K. Subban at the U.S. Open .

One of the only good things former NFL quarterback Christian Ponder accomplished was marrying Samantha Ponder (nee Steele) in 2012. The beautiful blonde Phoenix, Arizona native began her career as an intern with ABC Sports Radio and later earned a full-time role as a researcher-assistant with ABC-TV. Following that, the 32 year old worked as a Pac-10 and Big 12 sideline reporter for Fox College Sports and Fox Sports Net.

She was hired by ESPN in 2011 to work as a sideline reporter, but has since been promoted as host of Sunday NFL Countdown. Her other duties with the network included working as a college basketball sideline reporter and host of ESPN's College GameDay , in which she replaced Erin Andrews after she left for Fox Sports.

Where to start with Jenn Brown? As talented as she is, one can't help but be captivated by her beautiful figure and pretty face, but she's so much more than that. She's a two-time Emmy Award winner for her reporting and has an impressive pedigree as an athlete. She played seven varsity sports at Bishop Moore High School in Florida and broke the school's record for most varsity letters by any athlete, male or female, with 14. She also played four years of softball for the University of Florida and finished fifth all-time in stolen bases.

Brown had plans to become a sports agent, but was offered the opportunity to host a travel show on HDNet. She turned that opportunity into a career with future postings with E! Entertainment, Showtime Sports, and CBS Sports. She was ESPN's first female correspondent for Inside the NFL and co-hosted its college football show RoadTrip . She has also done some modeling for Under Armour's athletic clothing line.

A 28 year old native of San Francisco, California, Molly McGrath first pursued sports reporting while attending Boston College, where she conducted interviews for the college's website and later interned with NESN and WHDH-TV. The former collegiate cheerleader began her career as a production assistant at ESPN and was later hired by the Boston Celtics to work as an in-arena host. Her impressive work in that regard landed her a job as a sideline reporter for Fox Sports' coverage of college football and basketball as well as the NFL.

Her career came full circle in 2016, when she was hired by ESPN to work as a college football sideline reporter and co-host of College Football Live. Last year, she covered the Orange Bowl, Las Vegas Bowl, and Outback Bowl, among other prominent games.

Britt McHenry is a bit of a jerk and you might hate her, depending on either your political views or the importance you place on general human decency. The former ESPN sideline reporter rose to national fame when a video was released of her going on a foul-mouthed, abusive rant at an employee of the company which towed her car. The video starts with, "I'm in the news sweetheart, I will f--king sue this place," which is the ultimate douchebag thing to say. The video had the potential to ruin her career, but to her credit (perhaps mostly due to her looks) she has remained relevant.

Ignoring her personality, McHenry is one of the most beautiful women on this list - hands down. She was let go by ESPN in April 2017, but now co-hosts Like It Or Not on Fox 5.

Look, if you're a soccer fan (football or footie for the sports snobs out there), you want someone with an English accent discussing the sport on a national platform. Rachel from Alabama could be just as versed in the sport or even less so than your average bloke from the United Kingdom, but the coverage of soccer doesn't have the same feel without that English accent. That's partly why Rebecca Lowe is so popular; she's also incredibly steamy, so that helps too.

The 37 year old native of London began her career covering the Premier League for BBC and, in 2009, joined ESPN to serve as co-host of the network's Premier League coverage in the United Kingdom. She worked with the company until 2013, when she left to join NBC Sports. That same year, she was named Newcomer of the Year at Sports Illustrated's annual Media Awards.

Sage Steele may be 45 years old, but you wouldn't know it by looking at her. The longtime ESPN host keeps herself in incredible shape, which, along with her on-air talent, has kept her a valued member of ESPN for over a decade. An alumnus of Indiana University Bloomington, Steele secured her first on-air sports reporting job in 1995 for a CBS affiliate in South Bend, Indiana and subsequently worked for CBS and ABC affiliates in Indiana and Florida before joining the Maryland-based Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic network in 2001.

She began her career with ESPN in 2007 as the host of the 6 p.m. edition of SportsCenter. She hosted NBA Countdown on both ESPN and ABC from 2013 to 2017, when she was replaced by former SportsNation host Michelle Beadle.

For whatever reason, First Take has been one of the most popular sports shows in recent years. It has toned down recently with Max Kellerman replacing Skip Bayless, but it once featured the latter yelling back and forth with Stephen A. Smith in almost humorous fashion. Truly, one of the only reasons to ever tune into the show is Molly Qerim, the 33 year old moderator of the program who took over for Cari Champion in 2015.

An alumnus of the University of Connecticut, Qerim covered college football and March Madness with CBS Sports Network before being hired to do the same with ESPN in 2008. She has also covered UFC on multiple occasions. She has more than 250,000 followers on Instagram and is currently dating fellow ESPN employee and former NBA player Jalen Rose.

We couldn't put together a list of the steamiest ESPN on-air personalities of all-time and not include Erin Andrews, who is undeniably the most well-known blonde sideline reporter in the company's history. Andrews is great at her job, but she has also earned attention for several aspects of her personal life, not to mention the interview she conducted with Richard Sherman in which he began screaming about Michael Crabtree.

The 39 year old Lewiston, Maine native worked for ESPN from 2004 to 2012, before joining Fox Sports and later taking over as host of Dancing with the Stars . She has also been the face of ad campaigns for CoverGirl and StubHub , been involved in a highly-publicized stalking incident in which a video of her undressing went viral, and is married to former NHL player Jarret Stoll.

Heidi Watney didn't work with ESPN for long, but it's hard to ignore a woman so beautiful. Like most others on this list, she's an incredibly-hot blonde, but she stands out from the rest with her picture-perfect smile and genuine love of baseball - she presently serves as a host and reporter with MLB Network and previously covered the sport for NESN and Time Warner Cable SportsNet. Her experience with ESPN includes serving as host of a program on ESPN Radio 1430.

Although she's from California and is an alumnus of the University of San Diego, she cemented her status as a Bostonian by appearing in the Dropkick Murphys video for their "Going Out in Style" single. She's currently on leave from her role with MLB Network as she's expecting her first child in April.

A 33 year old native of Evanston, Illinois, Cassidy Hubbarth is a SportsCenter anchor who previously served as host of ESPN2's NBA Tonight . A three-sport athlete in high school, she studied journalism at Northwestern University and started her career as a reporter and host with Fox Sports South and the Big Ten Network. She also gained experience as a traffic reporter and production assistant before joining ESPN in 2010 as a studio anchor for college basketball, college football, and the NBA.

In the past, Hubbarth has also hosted shows such as Numbers Never Lie, SportsNation, First Take , and Highlight Express . The charming and personable beauty of Filipino and German descent is a must-follow on both Instagram and Twitter , where she showcases her personality and awe-inspiring looks.

It's not often we feature current CNN reporters, but Kaylee Hartung is the exception. The 32 year old Louisiana native currently works for the 24-7 news network and has done political reporting for CBS News in the past, but sports fans know her best for her work with ESPN, where she covered SEC sports as part of the SEC Nation program. Like several others on this list, Hartung was one of 100 layoffs in April 2017. Her last role with the company was covering the NCAA Women's Division I Tournament Regional Final between Baylor and Mississippi State.

It didn't take long for CNN to hire Hartung, who, within the span of a few months, went from covering Alabama football to covering the highly-publicized special Senate election race between Doug Jones and Roy Moore.

We promise there's going to be more younger women later in the list, but we certainly don't discriminate based on age and there's no denying Alex Flanagan is one of the most beautiful women on this list. The 44 year old Arizona native could easily be confused with any other football sideline reporter as she has a pretty face, slim figure, and bright blonde hair, but her talent sets her apart.

She began her career, at least on a national spotlight, as a featured reporter on the Keith Olbermann Evening News , which was shown on Fox Sports Net and joined ESPN in 2000. Flanagan worked for the company until 2006 and covered college football, Women's Tennis Association Tour championships, and college basketball. She has been the sideline reporter for NBC's national football broadcasts of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish since 2007 and appeared as an in-game weekly recap show host in Madden NFL 10 and 11.

Boston native Katie Nolan was a breakout star on Fox Sports as a digital correspondent with the short-lived Crowd Goes Wild and later the host of Garbage Time , a low-budget show in which she pulled no punches and took often humorous
