Very bad places mom has been using them for years and this is the last time she will use them you can't trust them anymore the person who is in charge of it here Vicente is his name also is not taking responsibility. How can something not be done when this is their business and not do anything about it? How dare they say it's not their responsibility? People work very hard for their money to send stuff to their family and this business just feels they have to right to steal things because it's easy for them to do so and then not act on it.
