This is a good job for somebody right out of high school. It’ll teach you responsibility and how to interact with the general public. However, the company is poorly managed and compensation is poor.
I loved working here. Like any job there are people that come to work to work & will make your days easier & pleasant. Then there are those that come to avoid work & consequently make your days tougher. The job itself is easy & greatly rewarding.
Prospect Airport Services is poorly managed and the wheel chair pushers are management is not considerate of family matters...You are NEVER given enough time to make your calls... Supervision is poor..And supervisor has poor radio etiquette..
The managers and supervisors are very rude. They yell at you over the walkie talkie all day , customers you are assisting hear it and talk about how bad it is. They work you like a slave and the pay is not worth it at all.
They burn out employees and could care less about their health or wellbeing. They demand breaks and then when you ask for a break they say, not now... a push is about to begin or we’re in a push, or we will be in one soon. There taking 30 minutes per day out of your wages even if you don’t get your 30 minute break. They manage by intimidation and fear. No bonuses have been given for working through the pandemic. The pay is awful, the work is physical, and the senior management is often nasty.
