Outstanding Effort / Outstanding Customer Service
I'm not accustomed to purchasing pre-owned vehicles, but I love my (new) 2014 Ford Explorer Sport - just love it. But inside of 5 weeks since I purchased my Explorer, the service I received both times just blew me away. They obviously have a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Darrell Casey went out of his way this morning. They have a customer for life in me.
I have to say that our truck buying experience was not very good. That is until Jordyn Bob Ruth Ford our sales man jordyn did everything and anything to help us. EVERYONE at Bob ruth Ford was very respectful and helpful. Heck we even got free food. I think for now on we will be dealing with Bob ruth Ford over anyone!!!! Thanks guys for a stress free and very respectful sale
Okay giving them a five star because of Alex in the used car department and tommy in finance. Previously we where dealing with Hollis and basically it was like Dealing with a kid. Now the way I shop is thinking if I get a car it's an investment, and I want to give my money to someone that earned it. Hollis was nothing but rude. He's in a professional environment where you deal with customers on a day to day basics instead of finding a solution for our problem he did a run around and blamed everyone but himself. My husband was trying to be nice and joke around with him but he just seemed too bitter and rushy. Finally Alex jumped in found the solution. Tommy helped us close the deal and we went home with a car! I'll recommend this dealership but only go Alex and Tommy. They actually look out for you and your interest. Rico the manager was helpful !
This is a excellent vehicle, comfortable and a great drive. The seat belts are difficult to reach and road noise is a problem. Everything else is good.

We purchased our CX-5 from Charles back in 2016, when he was a fresh-faced, wide-eyed salesperson. He made sure he did what he could to make our experience a good one. He wasn't pushy and recognized that customers, even though they may require a little nudge, are going to buy on their schedules. As someone who previously sold cars and always emphasized customer service, Charles was great in this regard. The CX-9 caught my eye at that time and I told Charles if I decided to purchase a CX-9, I'd get it from him. Well, two years later it was time for that new car and as a man of my word, I returned to Charles, a grizzled, old veteran by this time. I was looking at two vehicles, the Volvo XC60 and the CX-9 (yes, the CX-9 compares quite admirably to the Volvo). We ultimately decided to go with the CX-9. Now, let me say this, I probably could've paid a little bit less at another dealer, but Charles had done right by us and I told him I wasn't going anywhere else if I bought a Mazda. So... Anyway, long story longer, Both Trent and Martin (desk managers) were easy to work with and Jesse worked well with us in the business office. My wife liked the Freeman presentation at delivery. I had no idea it was my CX-9 under that sheet when we walked into the showroom (kidding). The horns did startle my two-year-old but he was amused by it, too. Again, a really good experience. 10/10 would buy from them again. Also, first year of maintenance free. P.S. My wife is advocating for a promotion for Charles.

Although this was a very busy Memorial Day, they managed to complete my purchase in the shortest time that they can and so much quickier than I can expect. From saleperson to sale manager to finance manager, they are all truly professionals ! I strongly recommend this dealer. When you are in need for a new car, you should visit to believe it !
Stephen was a great salesperson. We didn't hash out a final deal but the experience was great with no pressure at any time. He was always willing to work for you and was honest about all parts of the deal. The facility is top notch with a comfortable waiting area and good wifi as well.

Until David appeared like an angel from heaven! HE SAVED THE DAY! From the minute we walked in, you could tangibly feel the difference at Sewell compared to other car places. You could immediately feel the difference in David's simple greeting, as he said he was meant to work for us! He welcomed us and promised he could get the job done FOR US! And HE DID!!! He was so different than any car salesman I have ever dealt with! He immediately took time to just LISTEN to us and what we needed and wanted! Then he did ALL the work to find exactly what we wanted, and HE worked to make it happen!!! We didn't have to do the battle of arguing for what we wanted, as HE did it for us! We didn't have to play the hassling game of getting the price we needed on our current car, as HE did it for us!!! David kept us informed, never left us hanging or wondering. He also performed nothing short of a financial miracle for us that day!!!! He personally spoke with our financial institution numerous times and had them restructure the loan we were so upside down on, and he carefully assisted the structuring of our new loan so as to favor our best interest. David accomplished something no other salesman or dealer could do, and by taking such an interest in us and all the intricate details of our new loan, he quite literally saved us thousands of dollars!!! He even made sure we were comfortable with food and drink. He shared family pictures and stories and cared about who we were, as it was obvious, David is about building relationships! He wasn't just selling us a car, he was making new friends and caring enough to get them what they wanted! I am still in shock at the whole experience! Always wanted one. However quite expensive if new. Struggled with the idea of buying a pre-owned. Finally took the plunge with no regrets. The dealer experience is best ever. The ownership experience is best ever. Any whimsical thoughts about a next car include another GX460. Newer and Not necessarily new. Long trips to Maine have become much more frequent. Never get tired of driving this Lexus.

I brought a Chrysler Mini Van in 1990 (25 year ago) from Huffines and because of that one bad experience I said I would never buy a car from Huffines again and that was 25 years ago, but now that has all changed thanks to Steve Williamson. I talk to Steve Williamson on the phone a few times letting him know what color, model and equipment I wanted on the Trax. After 2.5 hours at Five Star Chevy and no closer to the price we wanted to pay for a Trax. I walked out very unhappy, in fact didn't want to buy a car period. But I had made an appointment with Steve Williamson at 3:00. So we left for our appointment at Huffines late. Letting Steve know how upset I was, he said lets get you driving out of here with the car you want and a prices we can all agree on. Will that he did. We brought a Chevy Trax on Saturday (01/09/2016). It was the best car buying experience we have ever had and we were not there for hours playing that bait and switch game like we had been at Five Star Chevy. I am not car savy by any means and have always hated dealing with dealerships. I was looking for a Chevy equinox and decided to contact the dealership through cars.com. They responded the next morning and I told them what I wanted and what I needed my payments to be. Just 1 week ago, if you had asked me if I thought this approach would work, I would have said no, but it did. Kevin, who works at Carlisle, helped me and found a car I was looking for. Made everything so easy and all I had to do was come in and sign papers then drive off. I have already referred them to my friends and co-workers.
I didn't think we would end up buying a car that particular day, but my wife found a car that she really liked. The staff at European Motors were very friendly and I never once felt pressured into anything. I knew exactly what I wanted to pay and these guys worked with me. The car was in excellent condition and I am happy with out purchase.

I initially brought a used 2017 Audi Q5 in for a purchase inspection, from another dealer. After talking to Nick, who spent 10 minutes with me discussing the Audi inspection, walking around inspecting the vehicle, answering my wife's questions and then reassuring me that the Audi I was interested in still had over 23 months and 30K miles dealer warranty, I decided to at that time not to perform the inspection. 15 minutes after leaving the dealer, my wife and I was discussing Nick's professionalism and attitude. Never trying to push the inspection or any products and services, and how impressed we were with him, we decided to return to Audi Plano for the inspection. Nick was in the service bay, and greeted us like long time customers. He quickly got us in the queue and then arranged a Lyft ride back to our residence in Garland, over 20 minutes away. During the inspection, we recieved video footage of the vehicle being inspected. After the inspection Nick arranged another Lyft ride back to the Audi Plano where he went over the items discovered during the inspection, and proceeded to demonstrate great confidence that the car was of excellent condition. Nick's personality and attitude is the only reason we decided to go ahead with the vehicle inspection.

I really enjoy my X1 and have had zero issues with it after nearly 3 years. The seats are a real joy with excellent lumbar support. Far more spacious than the Audi and Porsche at a lesser price point. Bmw knocked it out of the park in my opinion. For all of those loyal to the 6 this little twin scroll 4 won’t disappoint. A few more features in more basic packages would be nice. I have only found one hiccup, the hands free tailgate sensor is a little to reactive and can close on you at inopportune times.
