It won't let me login in with my user name and pass that I know is correct. I can't even get on without logging in. It still claims my credentials are wrong

I am absolutely positive on both. I know I have plenty of data cause I use my phone for spotify and I know the credentials are right cause I have them written down. It's weird the app just isn't accepting it. I can't even login as a guest. Isn't that weird?

Are you logging in with your actual username or are you using your email like the app suggests. I ask because the app is wrong. Your suppose to use your actual username you set up when you registered. This messed me up for a while because I used my email like it says and it would let me in but wouldn't acknowledge my 1 year membership. I called EL and they informed me to try with my actual username and that fixed it.

Actually my issue might have been a bit different. The app would launch and give try logging in and give me an invalid login. "Try again" made the app try to log in again without allowing me to change the credentials. I never saw the log in screen. "Cancel" would just hang up the app on the launch screen. Ultimately I deleted and reinstalled the app.

I already tried to delete the app and reinstall. The thing that's making me very confused and I can't even log in as a guest. When I press that it still says that my credentials are wrong. But if I'm signing in as a guest then it shouldn't need credentials at all. IT doesn't make any sense. Btw sorry for the delay in answering lol busy day at work

I have iPhone. I just looked at that page and for some reason it doesn't have the location services options. And then when I go through privacy and try to access it that way it's not there either. I have deleted and installed a couple times.

Did you power your phone down and leave it off for a few seconds and then power back up before reinstalling

Also try this:
click settings. Then cellular. Then scroll down and make sure escort live is on there and chosen.

Yes I tried all three of your suggestions the first two didn't work, I have the same outcome. And escort live comes up under cellular and the data usage is on. This problem is very eerie. Look it even does it when I try to sign in without credentials

It is possible when you registered that you typed something in wrong by mistake. Call escort and see if they can erase the registration and start over.

I called them and they told me to do the exact same as everyone else here is saying. I might have to reset my whole phone. I think it might be that serious. Seems like it's a bug on my phone only. When I called they said they have not heard of this problem yet

Let me say that the overall design of this app is wonderful! It feels like it is finally modern. With that said, things were overlooked and seriously need to get fixed. Among some other negative feedback and what I have experienced, here are some flaws. The voice notifications are broken. I don’t think I’ve been hearing them much, if at all. The overspeed limit voice notification is the only one I’m positive works and even that is completely broken and seems to disregard my programmed setting of it to only go off over 100mph. Another issue with the design, the top bar is able to be pulled down by touching the green area to see radar status. I have no idea what the bottom area that appears the same “pulls up” to, if it does anything. On an iPhone X and later, you can’t pull from that part of the screen without closing the app. Either this was a hideous oversight, or a slight error in graphic design, I don’t know. It just needs to be fixed. With these issues and some of the other issues others have mentioned, this application would be a fantastic go-to! I really like what you were working on, Escort. You just released it before giving it to quality control. Can’t wait for the future update.
I’ve been a loyal escort fan and customer for at least 10 years and the only negative to the whole system was the app. The UI was very buggy and the connection to the detector was like playing Russian roulette. The new updated app is MILES ahead of the old in appearance and performance. Very intuitive and full of information that is easy to obtain and base decisions off of and makes you appreciate the concept of the LIVE community even more. This update was worth the wait. Relocating to an area that is around 5-6 hours from my home town, I make frequent trips home to see family through north Florida and South Georgia which are hot beds for laser and radar activity. I know the system has paid for itself more than once. Keep up the good work escort.
My device, Escort Max 360c by itself is awesome, but add Live Service and its even better. WiFi option is hit and miss as a lot of times the device doesn’t pick up on new firmware or database updates. The app is cool, overall not bad but it needs improvements. My biggest issue is Bluetooth not connecting or disconnecting for no reason what so ever. Another issue is the vehicle speed display which shows 10mph faster then what the device itself shows. The device I have been able to confirm is actually 1 mph faster then actual speed…Not bad and not worth complaining about. As far as the app, displayed vehicle speed needs to be fixed as do WiFi and Bluetooth. I also think user options for the app display / colors / map / etc should be expanded so the user can “customize” the displays etc. Navigation either integrated into the app or the ability to apply the app to a navigation source such as Apple Maps or google maps wouldn’t be asking too much considering the cost of the device and Live services subscription. Making the app CarPlay / Sync compatible and being able to connect and have full app video / audio / settings etc to in vehicle touch screen via usb would be another great idea
