The 32-year-old driver of a Mercedes car collided with a Toyota at the intersection of Dacia Boulevard and Kuza Voda Street, after which he fled the scene.

The police quickly established his location and detained the man. He refused to take an alcohol test. As a result of the accident, the passenger of the Toyota needed medical attention.
