COVID-19 RELATED INFORMATION FOR Canada
Canadian borders are closed to most travellers and entry is strictly controlled. As of the 20th of October 2020, Designated Learning Institutes with a Covid-19 readiness plan approved by their province or territory will be able to reopen to international students holding a study permit.
All passengers must present proof of a negative PCR test for COVID-19. The required test cannot be older than 72 hours prior to entry. All travellers must quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in Canada.
Hygiene measures: all schools are subjected to follow a protocol on cleaning and disinfection which is in accordance with national laws and recommendations. Students have to maintain a distance of 2 metres in the classroom and the school in general and they have to wash and disinfect their hands often and thoroughly; hand sanitizers are provided in all rooms and in the common areas. The use of masks is obligatory.
Accommodation: shared rooms are not available at the moment due to the distancing rules, but single rooms are available in residences.
In public people must stay 2 metres apart and it's mandatory to wear a mask. This is recommended by the World Health Organisation.
Bars and restaurants are adhering to strict social distancing regulation, regular disinfection, and cleaning protocols, and they are only allowed to service in a reduced percentage of their capacity.

Administration, teachers, syllabus, the schedule, location of the school and everything. I really liked the GRADUATION DAY! It really works! Students love to see their classmates getting their Certificates.
Suggestion: Could it be possible to open Courses of Canadian Culture every month? So students can practice pronunciation, besides learning grammar and vocabulary. This is because most older people have 2 or 3 week vacation a year.

The teachers were very kind, they spoke clearly, they were also very dynamic. The topics the teachers used were very useful and I learned a lot. I also loved the way I was welcomed, the staff were so nice and I really felt as if I was already studying there for a long time ago, because of the good vibe I felt. It was a very nice experience
It would be nice that in the graduation day they would hire a professional photographer, because I missed a nice memory of that day

I stayed in Vancouver for 6 months and I can say this is the best school to learn English. Going to school evry day is a pleasure because everybody is very nice. The teachers, the staff and the students are always available and ready to help. Rather than a school, we are a family.

The teachers and staff are just great.
I had wonderful time at this school. It was all I had imagined. The teachers are really great, the classes are fun and you look forward to going to class. At this school, they really try everything to make your stay enjoyable. I have seen in more than one occasion that students who had been there for a while and had run out of money helped out at the school and in exchange, were allowed to continue participating in class. So, it's not just about making money, the human aspect plays a major role. You will have fun and learn a lot. The course helped me to overcome my fear of speaking. For me, it was definitely worth it. You can change the classes every week, so if the course content is too easy for you, you can just ask them to switch you to a higher level. I had for teachers. Damian, Derek, Mark and Cynthia. Wonderful teachers. There were many students from Brazil, great people, you will love them. Vancouver itself is a cool city. Very multi-cultural with many many Asians. You can't go wrong with Vancouver and CSLI. I personally definitely go back.

English exam preparation courses are available to help students to advance through the English levels and gain an official certificate on completion.
English lessons for juniors can be booked in school holidays and often come as a package, which includes accommodation, activities and excursions.
Learn how to shape your use of the English language in the business world for a competitive edge in tasks such as negotiations, conference calls and presentations.
One-to-one classes in English are available in bundles which can be added to general English courses or as a stand alone course.
Students who are learning English to further their career can choose a Work & Study package consisting of English classes with a volunteering programme or a work placement.
In some cases, general English courses can be combined with an after class interest. Possible activities include hobbies, cultural events or creative programmes.
