Yellow error "Account already registered other device"

This error means that you already have an account on another device and have just created a new one.
You can only log into your account from the device you created it from.
If you are logged in and the account in front of you is not yours (an empty account), but you know the secret phrase from your main wallet, then go to the settings at the top and use the Logout command. Next, click Login on the start page at the top and enter your secret phrase. To unlink one account from another, write your wallet address to @heresupport
đź“€ For those who have lost their secret phrase, there are two ways to find it:
- Follow the link: https://t.me/herewalletbot/app?startapp=read_storage and look for your secret phrase in the field of the same name as well as your wallet address.
- If you entered the HERE wallet application using a secret phrase, you can search for it in Settings -> Passphrase, 12 random English words should be indicated there.
If the seed phrase is saved, in order for the error to disappear, write @heresupport + attach screenshots and wallet address.
🧹 If the seed phrase was not saved and you did not find it using the two methods indicated above, then you have lost access to your account forever.
Create a new account, write down the seed phrase you received and write to @heresupport with a request to unlink your old account for normal operation.
