We are hiring an Entrepreneurial Growth Operator to work directly with the owner of several growing online service businesses in education, private lessons, events, and training.
This is not a normal assistant role. We are looking for someone who can think like an owner, move fast, manage people, improve systems, and help turn growth ideas into revenue.
The right person will help with marketing growth ideas, hiring, recruiting, operations, team management, sales support, process improvement, and launching new initiatives.
This role has real upside for someone who proves they can own results.
What You’ll Work On
You will help with:
* Creating and executing growth ideas across multiple businesses
* Improving marketing funnels, offers, lead follow-up, and conversion
* Recruiting instructors, salespeople, admins, vendors, and support staff
* Managing team follow-up and holding people accountable
* Working directly with the owner on business priorities

Compensation
Base pay depends on experience
Additional upside: performance bonuses and profit-share opportunities
a $55K–$120K+ annual opportunity.
