Первый всегда идет по ссылке для входа в личный кабинет или ссылке на приложение из AppStore. Если указано в приложении - не нужно пытаться зайти с WEB-версии и наоборот. Используйте только ту ссылку которую получили с картой, если вы этого не сделаете - вы можете убить карту.

Как происходит покупка?

Карты гарантированно привязываются, но мы не можем гарантировать, что она привяжется именно к вашему устройству, нельзя со 100% вероятностью заявить что ваше устройство хорошее и подойдёт.
