Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an English Second Language Teacher. The role involves planning and delivering engaging English lessons tailored to a diverse group of learners from various language backgrounds. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, teaching group classes or one-on-one sessions, preparing students for certifications like IELTS if required, assessing progress, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The teacher will also collaborate with the Eduvek team to contribute ideas for improving course offerings.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in English Teaching, including strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
* Experience in Lesson Planning and creating structured, engaging, and adaptive instructional materials
* Familiarity with IELTS test preparation techniques and strategies
* Background in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, with a TEFL, TESOL, or similar certification being advantageous
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to teach students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
* Comfortable working in a remote environment with access to reliable internet and appropriate tools
* Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
