Job Title: Online English Language Teacher

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Online English Language Teacher to join our team. You will deliver high-quality English language lessons to students of various levels, helping them achieve their language goals. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and interactive online English language lessons for individual students or small groups.
Assess students’ language proficiency and adapt lesson plans to meet their individual learning needs.
Provide regular feedback (after every lesson) on students’ progress and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare students for exams, interviews, or other language-related goals, as required.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and progress reports.
Foster a supportive and motivating online learning environment.
Communicate effectively with students, parents (if applicable), and the management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification is a plus).
Proven experience teaching English as a second language, preferably online.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to different proficiency levels.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
