EIGHT PERSON LIFT WITH THREE STOP PLANNINIG DESIGN, SUPPLY INSTALATION AND COMISSIONING AT ARSI UNIVERSITY HEALTH SCINCE COLLEGE, MATERNITY CLINIC P.R. No AU/02/2012.
The Arsi University has allocated funds within Employer's Budget and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds towards the cost of EIGHT PERSON LIFT WITH THREE STOP PLANNINIG, DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALATION AND COMISSIONING AT ARSI UNIVERSITY HEALTH SCINCE COLLEGE, MATERNITY CLINIC.
Arsi University now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed expressions of interest for of EIGHT PERSON LIFT WITH THREE STOP PLANNINIG, DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALATION AND COMISSIONING AT ARSI UNIVERSITY HEALTH SCINCE COLLEGE, MATERNITY CLINIC that the activities which conducted are mandatory to Technical admissibility/Technical and Financial qualification.
Hence, Arsi University invite interested bidders for sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation works of EIGHT PERSON LIFT WITH THREE STOP PLANNINIG, DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALATION AND COMISSIONING AT ARSI UNIVERSITY HEALTH SCINCE COLLEGE, MATERNITY CLINIC.
Expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Participation is open to all eligible International bidders.
Bidders must as appropriate submit business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment. Bidders participating in procurement of goods have to produce manufacturers Letter of Authorization if a Public Body requires them to do so, unless they themselves are Design manufacturers supply and installer of such good.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible International bidders from Arsi University Procurement and Property Administration Directorate with a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred only). Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 200,000 (Two hundred thousand). The bid security shall be payable on demand to the employer, and must be an irrevocable letter of credit (LC), or Bank Guarantee, or a Certified Payment Order (CPO) at the bidders option. The expression of interest along with the bid security must be delivered to Arsi University Procurement and Property Administration Directorate on or before 10:00 am for the period specified in the BDS after the Bid submission deadline prescribed by the Public Body No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
