Invitation for Bids for Water Supply Projects in Bale Zone



The Bale Zone Water & Energy Resource Development Office had budget towards the cost of constriction Maliyu Town water supply projects at Goro woreda.
Bale Zone Water & Energy Resource Development Office now invites the constriction category of WWC-5 & above with renewed license valid for the currents year for furnishing the necessary labor, material equipment, and service for the construction of this water supply projects.
Bidding document will be purchase at Bale Zone Water & Energy Resource Development Office upon the summation of a written application and a nonrefundable fee of birr 300(three hundred birr) at Bale zone Inland Revenue office starting from the date of announcement up to 21(twenty-one) consecutive working days.
A bidder has to submit a copy of TIN &” VAT” registered certificate, Trade license, tax clearance certificate, PPA certificate, and certificate of competence from the ministry of construction or renewed registration certificate original, and a copy must be submitted attached with the application.
The bid shall be valid for the pride of 120 (one hundred twenty days ) after bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee not less than 1% of the offered price must be addressed to Bale Zone Water & Energy Resource Development Office.
Summation and opening of the bid are at Bale Zone Administration deputy office. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 4:00 local time on the 22nd working days from the date of the announcement. The bid document will be opened at 4:30 local time of 22nd working days from the date of the bid announcement.
The original and copy of the financial offer document shall be placed in a separate sealed envelope, both original and two copies document enveloped shall bear the name of the project, stamp, and signature of the contractor both enveloped shall be placed in a large outer envelope and sealed. Marked as the financial offer document"

Bidder have to visit the site and bring a letter from Goro woreda Water & Energy Resource Development Office that showing they visited the site and bring the latter to Zone Water & Energy Resource Development Office while they buy the bidding document
Bale Zone Water & Energy Resource Development Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
