Hello, so forever I have wanted to try an enema but have been really scared. Finally this weekend I may try one. I was thinking of getting those fleet enemas at the drug store has anyone used one of those before? Or does anyone have advice for doing an enema safetly? Does anyone here do enemas what is it like?
If you are going with those little fleet ones there is not a lot you can mess up.
Get the diaper on with the tapes done up on one side
Lie down on your side and slide the tip up you but
Then tape up the diaper and get ready for a big mess
You will probably feel the cramps starting right away. The longer you hold it in the better it cleans you out. Go for the saline ones rather than the oil or you could end up with oily farts for a while after.

strong, I try to wait till I have not gone in a while or even when I feel the urge starting early in the day hold it till evening. Insert and pad up and see how long it can be held. The longer the hold the more amazing. Love the all fours approach but make sure you have a good pad as there is always a chance of leaks. I stick with my bambinos and have not had a problem yet. If I can I will normally wear over night after that and a good clean in the morning. Don't want to end up with a rash or anything but my longest in a single diaper is 36 hours. I wore just wetting for 24 and just before I was going to take it off and shower I got a little rumble which added 12 fun hours on to that. Best Thursday night into Saturday morning I had had in a long time. Not that I am keeping records but the bambino weighed 4.8lbs when I took it off. Wearing is fun but its the bulge and feeling I enjoy the most.
Just strong and more pressure than cramping. It is gentler than suppositories.
A good water enema is also a lot of fun. If you do it right after you've done #2, it's mostly just water you expel, unless you take a large enema, making the cleanup pretty easy. You can't hold them in for very long and they just sporadically spurt out.
Awesome thanks for the replys I appreciate it. However I am a little freaked out now after reading the fleet enema bottle. It talks about it could dehydrate you and be careful of kidney problems. This thing is freaking me out lol. I would do a water enema but I don't have an enema kit yet. (Thought I would try the fleet to see if I liked it.)
An enema bulb is about the same price as a single fleet enema if you want to do water and it can be re-used. The full on bags are pretty cheap too but they are harder to use and you really do need to worry about temperature and when you are using a few quarts of fluids rather than a few ounces.
I've used both Fleet enemas and the water enemas, and I love them both. Haven't had any problems and complications after months of using Fleet every other time I use an enema. My boyfriend's also been using Fleet for a long time, and he's in perfectly good health, even after a few years. Hope that makes you less scared, but stick to your comfort level. I know that I get a lot more satisfaction out of using a salt water enema than a Fleet enema.

The fleet enemas work by drawing water into the colon - that's why dehydration can set in. I've noticed in the past after using a fleet enema that you can feel thirsty for awhile or have a bit of a headache. Some water and some very weak gatorade have always cleared both up for me. Treat it like you would exercise - hydrate ahead of time, during, and after and you'll nave no complications.
You don't need a full on enema kit to experience it. When I had my first enema I used a 2L bottle and squatted down so the lip of the bottle was not inside but was creating a relatively good seal and squeezed the bottle and it worked. If you do try this method you must have the bottle completely full unless you want air to go in there too also be careful how much you take in as you may cause damage if you take in too much too quickly... Have fun
Personally however I prefer to substitute real poop for the absorbent crystals used in diapers because there is no smell and no rash
You get the same wet lumpy feeling in your diaper and you can wear it in public without worry (use a good quality diaper or it may leak or just wear a pair of tight latex pants under your regular clothes to stop leaks)
This is easy and more hygienic than pooping your pants and feels just as good sometimes better because you can choose the consistency it can be diarrhoea consistency or more solid it's up to you
Also it washes off with water no scrubbing required but if you try to dispose of your mess in the toilet or drain it may cause a blockage if there is a lot of it
1: fill a diaper (I recommend depend brand) with water until it really is full... VERY FULL (warm water is best for obvious reasons)
2: cut it open and put the crystals in a container of some kind (a bottle with a hose attached is always best for easy usage)
3: if you chose the bottle with hose option put the hose in your diaper (front or back it's your choice) and empty the bottle into it
4: if you don't have the above you can use your hands to load it into your diaper (May be messy on your hands)
5: to adjust the consistency just add water to make it more runny and leave it to evaporate to make it more solid
I have never tried using this as an enema but in theory it could work quite well post your experiences here or start a new thread if you decide to try it
Well I finally did it guys! To be honest if I was to do it again I would probably just do a water enema. I think I liked the feeling of being full. It was intense and it was nice to be able to really fill a diaper up.
Yeah i personally find water to be the most satisfying, good luck in future endeavors.
I have tried water enemas before and they can be nice as you can fill as much as you would like,
never tried one diapered though, so it's high on the to-do list :)
i'm thinking about now loading's idea, but first I should do some research about the crystals
might be a bad idea to insert them :)

You could also go the way of the marshmallow trick. It's simple and doesn't cost much.
-Simply get a bag of Marshmallows, big or small work however the small ones are easier to work with.
-Put the marshmallows in the freezer for a bit until they're stiff.
-Put them in a bowl with some sort of lubricant, not too much, just enough for them to slide in.
-Then the long part, one by one they go in. Put as many as you like, the smaller ones take more time but leave a more satisfying mess.
-Afterwards diaper up and you're set, just wait it out...... Bonus tip, tired of waiting? Use a fleet or water, they'll mush up good.

I've actually tried a similar approach with bananas in the past. Not 100% sure it's completely safe, but I've done it many times, and I'm still here to tell the tale lol.
oh gosh, i did the marshmallow thing once. I think i lasted thirty seconds until i was doing the potty dance. I was cramping pretty bad and messed TWO more diapers the next day afterwords with little warning... like if i had been in big girl pants i would have had to run or even had an accident. maybe ten marshmallows was too many, lol.
Haha. Ya that is a lot of them. I have been able to do 4 but was dancing and cramping.
