MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION: This Authenticator app End User Agreement contains a legally binding arbitration clause, waiving jury trials and class action rights, governing any disputes related to your use of Authenticator app services. This provision affects your legal rights as detailed in Section 14. Please review carefully before agreeing.

This Agreement, including all addenda, order forms, exhibits, schedules, appendices, and amendments (collectively, “Agreement”), is a legally binding contract between you (the end user of Authenticator app websites, mobile applications, software, services, and related documentation, collectively “Services”) and Company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By activating, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have authority to enter into legally binding agreements on your own behalf. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.


1. Amendments

Company may update this Agreement at any time to reflect changes in law or Services. Updates are effective upon posting, with the new date shown under “Last Updated.” If you do not accept the changes, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.


2. Duration and Termination

2.1 Subscription Terms

Authenticator app Pro subscriptions are valid for the duration selected (weekly, monthly, or yearly).

2.2 Trial Subscription

A free trial (up to three days) may be provided for yearly or weekly subscriptions. If automatic renewal is not disabled at least 24 hours before trial expiration, the paid subscription will begin automatically. Unused portions of the trial are forfeited upon conversion to paid subscription.

2.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly, yearly subscriptions renew annually.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel a trial or paid subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your iTunes account. Termination is effective after the current period ends, and Pro features will no longer be accessible.


3. Payment and Invoicing

The free version of Authenticator app is provided at no charge. Paid subscriptions are billed via the relevant App Store. Prices include applicable taxes. Electronic invoices may be issued upon request within 15 days of purchase.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds for Apple In-App Purchases: https://expresslane.apple.com

Refunds may take up to 10 days due to third-party processors. Company is not responsible for delays or limitations of third-party refunds.


5. Electronic Agreements and Communications

By using the Services, you agree to:

  • Transact electronically with Company;
  • Receive all disclosures, notices, invoices, policies, and agreements electronically;
  • Treat electronic disclosures as equivalent to paper documents.

5.1 Scope

Disclosures will be sent to the email on file or via the Services. Paper copies may be obtained at your request.

5.2 System Requirements

To access disclosures electronically, you must have:

  • Internet access and email account
  • SSL-compliant web browser
  • Compatible hardware

You may withdraw consent for electronic communications by contacting support-auther-jss@gmail.com. Company may terminate your account or access at its discretion.

5.4 Updating Email Address

Notify Company of email changes by contacting support-auther-jss@gmail.com.


6. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Services (patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets) are owned or licensed by Company. No license or rights are granted to users except as explicitly stated in this Agreement.


7. Disclaimer of Liability

7.1 Data Loss and Security

Company implements security measures, but you are solely responsible for account credentials, 2FA codes, and passwords. Company is not liable for any loss, breach, or unauthorized access.

7.2 No Liability for Damages

Company is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or profits. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

7.3 Account or Company Damage

Company is not responsible for unauthorized access or loss affecting personal or corporate accounts. You agree to indemnify Company for related claims or losses.

You waive any right to sue Company, its employees, or affiliates for issues related to data loss, security breaches, or Service usage.


8. User’s 2FA Codes and Passwords

8.1 Security of Information

2FA codes and passwords are stored locally on your device. If iCloud backup is enabled, data is encrypted within your account.

8.2 Encryption

Industry-standard encryption protects your codes and passwords. Company cannot access this information.

8.3 User Responsibility

Do not share 2FA codes or passwords. You are responsible for securing this data.


9. User Content

“Content” refers to any audio, video, document, or image uploaded. By sharing content, you grant Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute the content. You are responsible for access settings and privacy. Company may remove or limit content at its discretion. License can be revoked by removing content.


10. Privacy

Company’s Privacy Policy is incorporated herein. Users should review the full Privacy Policy available within the app or via the Services.
