Two privately educated women who swapped their middle-class existence for careers in prostitution have revealed what really goes on in their lives as sex workers.
Cookie Jane, 24, and Emily B, 28, (both pseudonyms) spoke candidly on ITV's This Morning ahead of a documentary, High Class Call Girls, which airs tonight on Channel 4.
The women, who left their affluent middle-class lives to work as 'high-class escorts', make in the region of £200,000 a year entertaining the capital's wealthy businessmen, but say they still aspire to live a traditional life and have a family.

The women, who go under the pseudonyms Cookie Jane, 24, (left) and Emily B, 28, (right) have left behind their idyllic childhoods to make their fortunes as prostitutes, charging up to £10,000 a night for sex
Emily, who is virtually unrecognisable from her childhood photos due to cosmetic treatments, admitted her unorthodox career choice has not been easy for her family to accept.
She said: 'Me and my dad to not talk about it. I'm probably the worst daughter you could ask for. He's a lovely sweet adorable man.'
She added: 'When I'm at home I’m just his daughter and when I'm away I’m Emily B.'
An only child, Emily was educated at the £15,000-a-year Forest School in Essex, but struggled with drug addiction between the ages of 17 and 25.

The daughter of two accountants, Emily once dreamed of being an interior designer but her career took a different turn after she started working as a glamour model.
She posed for adult magazines such as Playboy before working on pornographic films and then moved into prostitution.
Despite laughing at the public 'stereotype' of prostitutes saying 'we don't all stand on street corners with a pimp and crack addiction' she struggled to define the difference between a high-class escort and a prostitute.
'You can sugar-coat it any way you want. You can call it an escort or a prostitute but at the end of the day we all do the same thing,' Emily told the TV presenters.
She added that her clients don't always require sex and that would never use a pimp, saying: 'I’m not giving someone else my money.'

Instead, the friends advertise themselves on an app, which Schofield referred to as the 'Uber of prostitution'.
'If someone requests a booking I can see who else they’ve seen - if they are other girls in the porn industry that are on my level.
'If they’ve got good reviews back I’ll accept the booking,' she explained.
Cookie Jane, whose mother is a matron, is one of four children, including a nurse and university student, was also privately educated at a school Wiltshire.
She fell into prostitution whilst working as a stripper. One night, at the age of 18, she went home with a client from the club, not expecting to be paid, but the next morning was handed an envelope containing £10,000.
'I charge a minimum of £500 a hour – a whole night can be £5,000 to £10,000 depending if they want the full experience,' she said.
'I've built up a nice regular client base. My best clients take me out for dinner, cocktails and the theatre.
'Sometimes we’ll go shopping and then go to a beautiful hotel or mine.
She also spoke about her Sugar Daddy explaining: 'He does everything I need – rent, bills and shopping. He helps out a lot.
'So the majority of the money I make I can save.'
But despite her current lifestyle in the capital, she admitted that what she would most like to do is go home and live near her mum.

The women advertise themselves on an app, which Schofield jockinly referred to as the 'Uber of prostitution'
'One day I'd like to convert a barn into a beautiful home,' she said of her future aspiration, which also include having a family.
'Because my family is so supportive I hope my family could talk to them and explain,' she said about her children knowing about her life as a hooker.
Asked by Schofield how they would both feel about their own children following their career paths Cookie Jane said: 'Would we want them to do it? Of course we don’t want them to.'
Emily, whose main career is in pornography said: 'I imagine if I have a boy he’ll come home one day and be in tears having seen something.
'I had a very bad drug habit when I started and wasn’t even thinking about the future.
'But now I don’t regret it because I’ve had some amazing experiences because of my job.'
But true love means the porn star has now decided to drop her sideline in prostitution.
'Now I’ve met someone really nice so I’ve quit the escorting for him. I haven’t quit the porn but I will just be doing girl-on-girl not boy-on-girl,' she told Schofiled, who struggled to stifle a laugh at the revelation.
Talking about cosmetic surgery Emily admitted: 'I had a terrible bent nose so I had to get that done.
But said it is not an industry requirement: 'Everyone likes different things so if you want a blow-up doll look, you go for me. If you want a natural blonde look you go for her,' she said.
On the Channel 4 documentary, the girls claim their career path not only funds their Champagne lifestyle but has enabled them to stash away millions in the bank.
Appearing on the programme, Emily says: ‘Unless you win the lottery you're not going to make as much money as I do doing what I do at the level I do. I work my a*** off’.
Smiling from their family albums, they look like any other happy young girls but, after years of pursuing the ‘blow up doll’ image through surgery and plumping filler injections, they are unrecognisable.
But while they boast about their ‘glamorous’ nights servicing rich businessmen in their Mayfair and Canary Wharf flats, their heartbroken parents are shown back in leafy middle England, worrying about their safety.
Hiding her face and not giving her name, Cookie’s mother, a matron, tells the programme: ‘What can I say?
'I have a child who is definitely different and definitely loving and definitely lovely. I don't want to know [the details of why my daughter does for a living] I'm a very naive person to a degree and I want to stay that way.
‘I make a little fairy story, she goes out, she entertains, she's got some big strong men protecting her. I know it's silly but that's how I cope with it, whatever she does.

'I do worry. I do worry that she becomes complacent about feelings or hardened to feelings and I hope that it won't desensitise her to love.'
Her father adds: ‘I have a vague idea [of what she does].
'What she wants to tell me she tells me. Like most dads you put your fingers in your ears and “la la la” if you don't want to hear it.
'But if I see her happy that's all that really matters. I worry, as most people do, but it could be worse, she could be in a council flat, an unmarried mother, just having a worse time than she's having now. It won't be forever I hope, she's investing well.’
Cookie herself says: ‘My mum is very naive about the way I live. I don't discuss it. It's not something we sit down at the dinner table and discuss over supper.
'She knows what we do and as long as I'm happy and I'm not hurting anybody then that's enough. My family is a very close unit, they will love me to pieces whatever I do and whoever I am.
'They would prefer it if I was a nun of course but that's not going to happen.’
She adds: ‘I've always been more interested in a fancy life. [Escorting has] become an addiction to me, doing something where I get this adrenalin rush and there are beautiful men and women around me, it's a glamorous life.’

While they know what she does, they rarely dare to discuss it.
She says: ‘Me and my parents don't talk much about what I do. My dad probably wouldn't be able to deal with it all.
'There's nothing in that, I have amazing parents, but they don't want to talk about it so I don't discuss it with them.
‘I know that my dad knows what I do but he doesn't want to talk about it, so I don't want to talk about it with him because it makes him uncomfortable and I love him because he's my dad.
'At the same time, he loves me because I'm his only daughter. He loves me more than anything on Earth and I know that. It's unconditional love.’
But, having struggled with drug addiction between the ages of 17 and 25, she says her family are just happy she is alive.

Cookie, siblings include a nurse and a university student, enjoyed a childhood that could have come straight from the pages of Enid Blyton, complete with camping trips to Stonehenge and playing in the woods by her home.
She was also privately educated at a school Wiltshire, but refuses to give the school’s name on her mother’s wishes.
Despite their impressive starts in life, they both decided against the usual route of university and soon found themselves on a slippery slope.
Emily, who moved into prostitution after working on pornographic films has previously told the Daily Mail: ‘It just escalated. The way I saw it I was already having sex for money, so why not?
'And that was that. I don't have any airs and graces about me so I just did it and never looked back. I've always loved my job and what I do.’

Cookie claims to have started escorting by ‘accident’ while working as a stripper but hopes to retire from escorting by the age of 30.
Emily began a relationship six months ago and has not been seeing clients for the last four months. However, if the relationship ends she said she will return to escorting.
High Class Call Girls will air on Channel 4 at 10pm on Thursday, May 21.
