Our client is a global software services provider, with more than 100 embedded engineers on board. Their projects usually follow Agile methodology. Different team sizes from small to up to 20 people.

Responsibilities:

• Developing a part of the system, including designing it to fit into the architecture
• Possibly prototyping the interfaces, and then implementing, building, unit testing, and integrating the components that are part of the solution
• Maintenance of existing software components will be also part of the role

Requirements:

• Experience in Embedded software development
• 5+ years C and/or C++ experience in an embedded environment 
• Knowledge of one of the assembly languages (platform is irrelevant)
• Self-motivated, passionate about code quality and coding best practices.
• Excellent team player with good communication skills.
• Interest and ability to knowledge sharing.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Vulcan
• Knowledge of both C and C++ programming
• Video Encode / Decode
• Experience with DO-178/ISO26262 software development
