I was spanked with a belt most of the time. When i was growing up in the 50s schools spanked and i was 12 and in the 7th grade when I was spanked bare in front of the class by my teacher for cheating on a quiz. I got spanked by my mom when i got home and the next day she came to school and spanked me bare again in front of my class. This was not the paddling i got from the teacher this was a long hard hairbrush spanking that left me bawling my eyes out and no longer caring that everybody could see me bare.
I never cheated again.

Nothing can be more embarrassing for a sixteen year old boy than to be caned on his tight trousers in front of a class of girls many of whom are enjoying the spectacle . When I was at school in the 60s boys were spanked in front of class over our underpants till 6th grade.
You were called up to the teacher's desk where she unzipped and took down your pants to spank you over your briefs.
If you were spanked for something more serious or repeated your briefs would also come down.
The girls were always delighted when a boy was going to be spanked to see his pants coming down to his ankles, more so if he was going to be bared.
The girls were rarely spanked and only with a few hand slaps on their calves below the skirt.
I only got spanked a few times in each grade and although the spankings were not harsh, just a few slaps with the ruler, having your pants taken down in front of the mixed class was really embarrassing especially in the last grades.
From 7th grade you were sent or taken to the principal's office where you had to take down your pants and underpants and spanked bare in front of the teacher or the secretary as witness, which was also very embarrassing having to expose everything in front of them and spanked bare while they watched.

If a teacher brought a boy to the office, she had to get a witness to monitor the spanking. She would usually quickly grab a girl working the desk. If a boy was naughty to a girl, she might also be present. The 7th grade teacher especially believed in spanking.

This sometimes happened at our school. Our 6th grade teacher was the worst and would often keep boys after class or during recess to spank them bare in front of girls who were the victims of the boys
Once me and another boy playfully pulled the pigtails of two girls in the schoolyard. The teacher caught me cheating and told the class that i would be spanked. She took me into the coat room, made me remove my pants and shoes. She then marched me in to the class and pulled out a chair so the class could see my spanking and pulled down my underpants, put me over her lap and used a small paddle on me until i was bawling my eyes out. This was the early 90s. I was 10th grade and a prankster. i was in the girls locker room attempting to pull a prank but one of the good kids ratted me out and i was caught by the girls swim team. Most embarassing spanking I saw was when my friend at 17 used to punish her 12 year old brother by slapping his penis with her hand. I think she did this till he was 13.
She would give him maybe 5 to 10 slaps on his penis, not very hard but just enough to make it sting.
