Email Marketing Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a professional Email Marketing Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our email marketing campaigns in addition to planning and developing. 

Who we are:

EMRG Capital is a venture studio. We create new businesses and startups. Some of the projects we already launched are:

• a financial marketing company operating in Switzerland
• a line of private label Amazon stores within the home decor niche
• online marketplaces in the US
• online media in the home improvement and healthcare industries

We are looking for a person to join the project, which operates on the Swiss market, and is helping Swiss companies raise funds. Our clients have been covered in international media including Bloomberg, The New York Times and have been endorsed by such celebrities as Steve Wozniak, co-Founder of Apple. 

Our team consists of young, talented, and competitive people from different parts of the world: Ukraine, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, UK, and others. We are about thirty people and we are a fully remote team.

We only hire the top 5% of candidates, but those who get in receive systematic training, resources, and a level of responsibility that is hard to find anywhere else in the market: the average age of managers in our company is 22 years, and these people can manage projects with hundreds of thousands of views.

Processes to support:

• Compose newsletters weekly (we work with automated emailing services)
• Conceptualize, design (we appreciate classic minimal templates), and implement email marketing campaigns
• Manage email lists
• Writing text for short emails (as an invitation to an event)
• Working with briefs for a designer, copywriter (we work without contractors)
• Proofread emails for clarity and grammar
• Develop documentation, A/B testing, promotions, and road maps for processes
• Create printed newsletters for clients
• Work closely with the Marketing teams as well as Managers
• Work with lots of digital tools: Reply.io, Mailchimp, Figma, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, CRM - Salesforce, Typeform
• Track and communicate results, success metrics, and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of email marketing and analyze results

Requirements:

• Proven previous experience in a marketing campaign
• Project management skills
• Previous database management experience

Working conditions:

• Fully-remote and full-time position
• Compensation $600-$800 per month (depends on the results of the test task and the level of English)
