Elon Musk was born in Pretoria on 26th June 1971. He holds the South Africain, Canadian and US citizienship. The business man is currently in a relationship with the Canadian singer Grimes and has 6 sons.

Elon Musk grew up with his dad in South Africa. He had a difficult childhood as he was often the victim of bullying. He has a very high intelligence and was interested in programming. So he developed his first video game at the age of 10. With 12 he sold his video game "Blastar" for 500 dollars. This was his first business move. Elon Musk studied at the "University of Pennsylvania" and received a bachelor in physics and economics. In 1995 he drops out of university to start a business.

So in 1995 his business career starts. Elon Musk founded or invests in various companies and has shareholdings in many companies around the world. He got attention through “Tesla”, “PayPal” and “SpaceX”. In 1995, he founded his first company "Zip2" with his brother Kimbal, which offered content for media companies. They sold the company in 1999 for 300 Million US Dollar. In 2000, he founded the company "PayPal", with which he developed online payment systems. The company was sold in 2002 for 1.5 billion US Dollar. In 2002, he founded "SpaceX", which is currently the market leader in orbital rocket launches. Elon Musk invested in the "Tesla" company in 2004. In 2008, he became CEO and Product Architect during the financial crisis. The company specialises in electric cars and is the market leader in this field. This project is particularly close to Elon Musk's heart, as environmental protection is very important to him. He also has other projects like “Neuralink”, “The boring company” and “Hyperloop”.

Elon Musk has a big impact on society. With "SpaceX" he has made ignificant innovations and advances in getting things and people into space. With PayPal, Elon Musk revolutionised the payment system and created something that had never existed before. With developing electric cars with "Tesla", he has made a great contribution to environmental protection. So he helps the society and the world to stop the climate change.

Elon Musk always takes full risks with his investments because he has big goals and visions. He wants to create incredible things and inspire people for the future. One of his big goals is to colonise the Mars. Elon Musk wants to be the best of all and that makes him to the best entrepreneur of the 21st century.
