Un rappeur Noir veut baiser la France et appelle au meurtre de policiers
Plusieurs syndicats de policiers ont saisi Bernard Cazeneuve pour demander le retrait de la vidéo « Bavure » du rappeur Jo le Pheno.
Près d’un mois que la vidéo a été mise en ligne, et elle affiche ce vendredi déjà plus de 134.000 clics. Pour les syndicats de policiers, la présence sur la toile du clip de la chanson « Bavure » de Jo Le Pheno a « déjà trop duré ». Afin d’obtenir son retrait, ils sont plusieurs syndicats de police – SCSI-CFDT, Alternative-CFDT et Alliance – à avoir saisi cette semaine le ministre de l’Intérieur, Bernard Cazeneuve, à ce sujet.
« La plainte sera déposée ce vendredi », assure-t-on au ministère de l’Intérieur. « C’est une satifaction pour nous, se réjouit Loïc Travers, secrétaire national Ile-de-France d’Alliance. C’est même impensable que ce clip soit encore visible ».
La vidéo de Jo Le Pheno a été mise en ligne le 17 août. « Un de nos délégués a fait un rapport écrit à sa hiérarchie dès le 20 août sur ce clip », précise Loïc Travers. Dans ce rapport, le syndicaliste reprend par écrit certaines paroles de la chanson du rappeur pour alerter ses chefs. A savoir notamment :
‘Je pisse sur la justice et sur la mère du commissaire (…)sans hésiter faut les fumer’,
‘Je baiserai la France jusqu’à ce qu’elle m’aime’
‘Il faut se défouler sur la flicaille’.
‘Veulent pas boire de lait au petit déjeuner mais je sais farcir de la volaille’,
‘Ce qu’on veut c’est la guerre, pas la bataille’,
‘Les contrôles c’est terminé, les armes d’épaule sont lâchées’
‘Faut raffaler pour se soulager et faire couler les larmes à vos mères’.
Où sont les condés, on va les dompter. Les émeutiers sont là (…) Ca sent le final’
« Le message est clair. Il est ultra-violent. C’est un appel au meurtre et à la haine, tout simplement intolérable, commente Loïc Travers. En plus des mots, le rappeur nargue les policiers du quartier, se filme avec eux, parfois à côté de vraies interventions policières. Il utilise dans l’illégalité la plus totale leur l’image : plusieurs collègues se sont reconnus, et ils n’ont pas du tout apprécié ».
Ce genre de provocations de rappeurs à l’encontre des forces de l’ordre n’est pas une première. Tout comme les poursuites qui ont été engagées. En novembre 1997, les trois musiciens du groupe de rap Ministère Amer ont ainsi été condamnés à des peines d’amende pour « provocation au meurtre de policiers ». Le groupe est notamment l’auteur des titres « Sacrifice de poulet » ou « Brigitte femme de flic ».
