Elizabeth Hurley, 56, recently showcased her stunning figure in a nude two-piece swimsuit while reminiscing about her last vacation, which she said happened just before the first lockdown in 2020.
"NOT complaining, but my last holiday seems like a lifetime ago — just before the first lockdown," she captioned the post. "I'm going on a pretend vacation and shall live vicariously through my phone for a few days."
Naturally, her fans and followers were quick to volunteer to take part in Hurley's vacation — pretend or not!
"You are a lovely lady, no matter the age," a commenter wrote, adding that she has "Cleopatra syndrome, forever young and beautiful. Very blessed."
"That is a long time ago, you deserve another one," one person added with another writing, "Take me with you!"
It's easy to assume that the actress and model's youthful appearance is due to strict dieting and exercise, but as she told The Cut in 2017, it's really all about balance, physically and emotionally.
"People often ask me how you can look good as you age, and for me, it's a couple of things. You need to look after your skin, that's important," she said. "You also have to look after your health. You can't look good if you're not healthy, and diet plays a big part. You can't smoke and have too much alcohol. We all get hard knocks in life, but it's important to stay positive and stay engaged, and not be angry. Anger doesn't seem to go hand in hand with wellness."
In October, Hurley credited her physique to a healthy diet rich in vegetables.
"I haven't eaten processed food for 100 years," she explained . "I don't eat sweets, I drink little alcohol, I don’t smoke but I deeply regret that I once did. I have learnt to eat lighter and not so late. I think one of the most transformative things that I've done is making 50 percent of what I eat vegetable matter. If you have a slice of toast for breakfast, have an apple too. Counteract everything with vegetables."
Whatever she's doing, it's clearly working. Last month, Hurley snapped a sexy photo in a pool wearing a red bikini that shows just how vital her views on life really are.
"Yes, I could be in a swimming pool with a pink flamingo," she wrote. "Or I could be snuggled up with my doggies in Blighty, eating a Terry's chocolate orange and about to watch the final season of Ozark ….. you decide."
Last year, the actress told the Sunday Times that the lockdowns had a "profound" effect on her wellbeing, which forced her to look inward at what really matters in life.
"I came to realize that I've been in fight-or-flight mode for 30 years. I've found time to remember what my instincts were telling me to do rather than being on a constant treadmill of flying once or twice a week, packing endlessly, juggling jobs, juggling everything, not really having much time to sit down, to ever, I don’t know… just sit down," she said.
“Of course I take full responsibility for all of it," she added. "I've loved my treadmill — it has been a great treadmill, very kind to me — but I think 30 years of not really having much time to sit down, then suddenly stopping was, well, it sort of restarted me again. I'm now more the person I was when I first moved from the suburbs."

The British star took to Instagram on Sunday where she shared a nude snap of herself sitting on hay while glowing for her two million followers. The model, actress and swimsuit designer relied on strategic posing to protect herself.
After grabbing people’s attention, the 55-year-old set the record straight about reports alleging that she and her son Damian were gearing up to shoot a reality show .
"Abzuuuurd stories in our illustrious press today," Hurley captioned the racy pic. "Hear it from the horse’s mouth, my son @damianhurley1 and I are most definitely NOT planning to shoot a ‘Waltons- style reality TV show’ at home."

"I mean!! Whoever the ‘friend’ (or bored journalist) is, who’s leaking these fictional tidbits, you are ridiculous," Hurley added.
Back in April 2020, Hurley told Hello! Magazine she was isolating amid the coronavirus pandemic at her English country home with eight people, including her son Damian, 18, and widowed mother Angela.
"We feel like the family in the ‘70s TV show ‘The Waltons,’ " Hurley told the outlet at the time. "There are nine of us. I have my whole family here, including my mother, an aunt and a friend who has severe respiratory problems.
"I am completely paranoid that I won’t be able to keep them safe, and I haven’t let anyone leave the house apart from me. I just nip out to local food stores and wear a mask and gloves. I’m terrified of bringing the virus back to my vulnerable guests."

Hurley said she maintains family order by dividing up household chores to keep everyone busy.
"We've all got designated jobs, which I couldn't resist putting on a color-coded Excel sheet," she explained. "I'm in charge of meal planning, food shopping and laundry. If it weren't for the fact that we're terrified of losing loved ones, we're actually quite happy cocooned up together. The TV isn't allowed to be turned on until 6 p.m. so we don't turn into couch potatoes."
At the time, Hurley was thinking about what her life would be like once the pandemic finally came to an end. She launched a London-based swimwear line named Elizabeth Hurley Beach in 2005 and frequently models her latest collections on social media.
When the outlet asked Hurley if she still hoped to be modeling swimwear in her 60s, she replied: "I hope not."

"I’ll definitely still wear it though," she added.
Hurley said she does hope to meet someone new after lockdown.
"I’d love to fall madly in love with someone, which certainly won’t happen whilst I’m locked down with blood relatives," she said. "Maybe when it’s over I’ll put my headlamps on full beam and make an effort."

Hurley isn’t taking them to task for their treatment of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, though — she’s seen a few headlines about herself in need of correction, and she figured she’d remind these outlets she’s got a post more attention-grabbing than any of their headlines : a newly revealed naked photo. At age 55, Hurley is one of the most gorgeous women in the UK, and this photo leaves nothing to the imagination in more ways than one. While calling our attention to her feed, she clarifies a few statements in the media that needed to be debunked, and, well, mission accomplished. We wonder if Meghan Markle has ever considered doing the same thing?

Daily Mail was among the outlets to publish rumors that Hurley and son Damian were planning to film a reality TV show together, a claim she clearly vehemently denies. This photo is both a rebuke of the claim and a pretty solid “you wish:” because clearly, this photo had our attention right away (and a reality show probably would too).
If anyone was wondering, Hurley’s still got it.
