No, it is not safe to trade with Elite Trading as it is not regulated. Elite Trading is owned and operated by Netbit services and solutions limited, Reg. Number 14718830, Address: Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia.
The broker doesn’t provide any information about its regulation or license and it actually seems it doesn’t have any. As it claims to be registered in Estonia, it was supposed to be regulated by the local regulator Estonian Financial Supervision Authority . We didn’t find the mentioned above registration number in the FSA’s register, which means Elite Trading is not regulated to provide its financial services in Estonia as well as other EU countries.
Elite Trading claims to be a world-renowned financial services provider offering a range of investment products, including Online Trading and FX . Its high-tech trading platform offers clients across the globe an opportunity to invest in over 1,000 world-class assets including forex, stocks, commodities and indices. Elite Trading gives an opportunity to trade forex, stocks, commodities, indices with zero commissions and fees on its unique next-generation trading platform (desktop, mobile or tablet).
The company mentions Austrian and British contact phone numbers without having offices there or more importantly, without being regulated in those countries.
In fact, the broker has been blacklisted by the Belgian regulator Financial Services and Markets Authority :
“During the last weeks, the FSMA continued to receive complaints from consumers concerning new fraudulent online trading platforms that are operating in the Belgian market. The FSMA therefore strongly advises against responding to any offers of financial services made by the following trading platform: Elite Trading (www.elitetrading.co)”
We advise all investors and traders to avoid Elite Trading and other offshore brokers. Traders should trade with well-regulated brokers such as UK brokers or brokers in Australia and reliable brokers such as FXTM and XM.com .

Elite trading have conned £9300 off me with £6000 of that belonging to my children
I fell for the, we will make you rich, my balance at on point was showing $40000+ which on screen looks good, when I saw this going down, I closed all my trades and asked for all my balance to be returned to me of around $10000 which they declined and carried on trading against my wishes, my balance is now down to a mere $800.The platform says closed for maintenance and customer support keep saying someone will be in touch. (that hasn’t happened yet)
Is there a way I can just claim all my original £9300 and call it a day with Elite trading?
Daniel Becker, representing elite trading, wanted me to trade with him.since he had been dealing with my brother,i let him charge money on my credit card.a few times after that he took more money to add to my trading account balance.now my account shows a substantial profit and Daniel closed the trades.now he is asking me to send him 5% of my profit up front,before he will send me back any of the profit made on my account.after I do that,he said he could send me back whatever I wanted from the remaining money in my account,but once I had received the money,he wanted me to send him another %5 of the profits.previously,when I asked him how much commission he takes,he told me that it would be between 5% and 7% of the profit made on my account.is this the way it is normally done?should I be sending him his commission up front,before I receive ant money back? what would you recommend doing?
They have changed their website address as I guess they have been caught. The old one is http://www.elitetrading.co and the new http://www.trading.tradingon.io . I have tried to get my money back but for sue have now lost it and I need to find someone to help me get these people and get money back
Did you actually get any money back from Daniel Becker or he was just collecting new 5% without any payment at all?
so far i have got nothing back from the company,and i was told daniel becker is no longer with the firm.i was told he got quite sick from covid 19 for a few weeks,and has since recovered.i can no longer reach him at the email address i had been communicating with him previously.
I have been dealing with the trader Ron Miller and the Finance guy Edward Schulz. I had the same scenario, but I put more money in than you. I was told i had to send up front some money for “losses” I incurred, once this is done they would send me my balance. I have in fact done this and I am now waiting. I am waiting for a call from this Edward Schultz as he says we need to talk to “finalize”. I am suspicious as I do not see why he just cannot send me my money. I will let you know.
Don’t give anymoney to these scammers. There are so many woords i could use to describe these aresoles. They have never given me anything on my so called profit, and now they are supposedly charging me 0.3% interest per day on a supposed €20,000 loss I have. I have just sent another mail saing that i do not want to hear from them again and have to live with the €85,000 I have given them.

I am still trying to get my money back, but I am sure it is a lost cause. I have sent a complaint to them, but all I get back is “it has been forward to our respective departments and will get back to you”; nothing for 3 weeks, how long does it take to give you your money back? They now tell me that I have to pay a 20% tax, once I pay this i will get my money. I will not do this as I am now convinced it is a scam. Also the attitude of their so called finance people is totally unacceptable. They bend what you tell them (on the odd occasion I get an email) and put the onus on you. I said that they need a lesson in customer service, I got no reply to this.
They have since our earlier correspondence, changed their company name to TradingOn, which tells you they have probably been caught scamming and to continue, changed their name.
Another scammer is a company called Remaxima. The guys are so pushy to tray and get your money, it is unbelievable. They are scammers of the top rate – you may not come across any better. They will not stop calling you even after your have told them not call. They are real parasites. DO not deal with them DO NOT PART WIHT YOUR HARD EARNERED MONEY OR YOU WILL BNEVER SEE A PENNY BACK.

I am over 70 and feel such a fool to have parted with all my hard earned money to these fraudsters. Ron Miller, Jane Smith need shaming. I know I won’t get my money back without a miracle but EVERYONE BE AWARE OF THEM. I’ve reported them to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau via Citizens Advice. You do the same. Folks, I am (very)old and I have been dealing with the financial markets since the 1950s. Please take notice of what I tell you. I have NEVER come across a legitimate trade advisor in the FX field and found that fair and honest FX brokers are few and far between. The situation in other securities: stocks, commodities etc isn’t quite so bad but they’re still a minefield and again most “advisors” are just in it to get subscribers for their newsletters (which they send out after they have front run their recommendations.
I could give you chapter and verse but I don’t have the time. Unless you are very experienced, knowledgeable and have capital that you can afford to lose keep well away from fx, futures and options.
Be realistic folks, define your financial goals relative to your age, income. capital, expenses, responsibilities and invest or speculate accordingly.

I lost money with Elitetrademarket. the guys name was Dufresne Joe Logan. He took my money and began trading for me. The account began to grow and he posted my gains on the website on my account. Once the account grew significantly and I requested my profits he demanded a $1550 additional deposit or he would shut down my account and keep my money. After i refused to send him additional money he began to send me threatening whatsapp messages.
I want to find him and sue him among other things. If you can post this info it would help me and others. I know of another situation like this as well with the same broker.
I need to get information about him and his firm so i can file a fraud claim If you will find his address for me I will go kick his ass as well. This kind of stuff needs to be stopped. Help
I have signed up for a trial program with a prop-trading firm called “The 5%ers” (the5%ers.com) and they used MT4 platform operated by Elite Trading.

Every single one that have been scams always pay out. If they didn’t pay out then they would have no customers. This company is NOT legally registered.
They use members money to pay other members, typical Ponzi. Any company that promises returns, especially the amount they tell you they pay, is not sustainable. Do some simple research. It’s a minefield out there and not easy to find a legit business.Get your money out before they get shut down.

One of the worst websites ever. Outdated, unusable, ambiguous. They censor their members in their groups on Facebook and Telegram. A lot of errors(?) with the payouts; this has become a regular thing and it seems to be a intentional if you ask me. Payment were to be made on Thursday; they changed it to Friday I wouldn't be surprised if they change it to Monday soon. When you receive the payout you have no idea what products are included. You have to e-mail and ask them for the product list. What in the world! And their latest payout had a lot of missing rebates. The users started asking for an explanation on this and they all got censored. All the messages were deleted without an explanation on the issue. The owner and staff is extremely rude all act like you owe them a something. If you want to deal with a lot of headaches use Elite Rebate if not there are so many alternatives with much much better service and options.
I posted the message below in their telegram group and it has been deleted by the admins hence I decided to post here. To summarize; The rebates refresh at midnight everyday but it takes ages to load because the owner is too cheap to purchase more bandwidth. And you have to fill 2 forms and upload a screenshot to complete the submission whereas an order number is sufficient for other rebate companies. Avoid at all cost. "I love Elite Rebate but I think I am done. The owner is way too cheap to invest in the website. The website locks up at midnight because he doesn't want to pay for more bandwidth. Also the system is way too cumbersome when compared to other rebate companies. Filling 2 google forms and uploading screenshots etc. I was hoping these would be fixed by now but looks like he has no intention to do so."

This sucks doing everything the same and they say didn't This order number came through on an order form but it did not come through the website software with a completed questionnaire so unfortunately we cannot rebate this order.that is not right !!!!!!!

I was confused when I heard that Elite Rebate giving huge money back facilities. When i worked with them it was amazing. They are very helpful. I am not too tech person but admin helps a lot. Loved this group!
I have enjoyed EXCELLENT customer service while learning how to navigate the site! I am not very techie but the admin are patient. I appreciate the items that I get for free after rebate. Some things are very nice to have for our home or to give as gifts to friends - things we would not have purchased on our own. And since the products are ultimately free, we are also able to donate to charity, and that’s a great blessing.

I appreciate getting free things, however, Elite Rebate would tell you that because you are getting free things (besides paying tax and taking the risk that they don’t pay you back correctly due to miscommunications by them - use coupon, don’t use coupon) that you shouldn’t complain. I disagree. They are still using my money and my Amazon account to complete a task. In return, I am choosing to use other rebate sites that have fair practices i.e. those that do not favor certain buyers, do not hide negative Facebook comments, treat all of their buyers with respect, etc. This is not a professional rebate site. You can tell this by the way the employees speak (or demand) of people in the Facebook group and through the chats, the awful website, the false promise of good products if and only if you buy a TON of supplements. I appreciate what I’ve gotten so far and I’ll probably lose my account over this but it’s worth getting a true review out there. I hope the company can take this constructively and improve upon their practices.
Every sense they brought a person on name Martina Eilene to the group as the main one running it. She has brought this rebate group down. She has her favorites that she'll let them know when a good product is going on in the messenger so they'll be ready and get it first. Also on the website sense she doesn't like you it will spin and spin it won't let you buy any new good products just the stuff that no one wants. She starts a contest but only the ones she wants to win can buy anything worth buying. She's not a fair person at all. This won't last much longer if they keep her on, because we are the buyers who keep this site going. If we cant buy the good with the bad like they will say to us, then we won't stay. It's a waste of time. She told the ones she doesn't want to get good products nor win the contest that the products come available at midnight, But it spins and spins and spins. While others are finding out the new drop is at a secret time through out the day but she won't tell you. But others are telling us what's going on. I read someone else's review, she/he is telling the truth about not knowing what product your getting refunded for. They just started putting a note on the payout for what product it is for "ONLY BECAUSE" we complained and complained about it. Very recent, it could be because of the review I just read is why they did it. Also "YES" they do get paid because they have us buying the products. Don't believe they work for free, don't believe that lie because they do get paid. I read their comment to the other reviewer. They are liars you can read that from their own statement. THEY DO NOT WORK FOR FREE NOR GIVE OUT FREE PRODUCTS. The different product "companies" give it to us, not them. They distribute it to us buyers. They are begging for others to join because they can't keep buyers. You can read the begging in their statement in the other review.

There are no "secret time[s]" when rebates drop unless they are brand new products. If they are new, we simply put them in the software and EVERYONE can buy them if they want. We are working on this fix, but if you come on at any time outside of 12am-1am EST you will not have this issue. It does not spin because we have it out for certain members as your review would imply. The group you are referring to we call our "Thank You" group because they are loyal, trustworthy buyers and often help in various ways. Anyone can be a part of this group if they ask and can follow admin instructions. That said, we only select a small percentage (less than 5%) of products to give them from each product giveaway.
