Eligibility and Criteria for ALÉS Global Audition 2023.
The auditions are open to aspiring new rising stars all over the world, attentive to the requirements listed down below:
1. Regrettably to say, we’ll be only accepting any MALE(s) who already have some experience of being a talent and know the duties of being one.
2. Must be above 16 years old as of 18 March 2023, you’re strictly prohibited to join if you have a thought on leaving the business world and a busy schedule either around this time or in the near future.
3. Well-mannered and did not have any bad records before. We would like to have a very nice relationship with all of our colleagues hence being respectful to other members and fellow caretakers is needed.
4. Active and responsible. We expect you to be diligent at self promoting for we will also assist you lively. Thus, working on two other agencies than Adolescents as a talent is prohibited. The act of not being defensive if there are critics or/advice being told is advised.
5. Register for our audition only with your main account, it can be done through your cyber/business/personal account only.
All the requirements above are mandatory to be followed, while these requirements below are not required but will be a point plus in our consideration.
1. Able to speak in English, for we’re running this agency as a bilingual based. Thus, you need to at least understand basic English.
2. Able to hand in such requests:
⠀ • Doing basic set-up/and PDA requests.
⠀ • Doing imagine in literature (SFW/NSFW).
⠀ • Being in character of any idols, anime, and AU.
⠀ • Playing any kind of musical instruments/and singing.
⠀ • Sending voice notes/and OTP.
⠀ • Speaking in other languages besides Bahasa Indonesia and English.
