Additional Responsibilities
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe virtual classroom environment.
* Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
* Encourage creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and curiosity.
* Maintain effective communication with parents, students, and school staff.
* Deliver lessons in accordance with school curriculum and lesson plans.
* Utilize digital teaching tools and online learning platforms effectively.
* Support student success through active engagement and mentorship.
Qualifications & RequirementsMandatory Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
* Prior teaching experience with elementary, primary, middle school, or high school students.
* Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
* Ability to confidently teach multiple elective subjects.
* Familiarity with modern educational technologies and virtual teaching platforms.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
* Patient, energetic, and passionate about education and student development.
