I just want a simple basic mod that lets me make people naked, dead or alive, any mods that do that? that don't require an all out 3rd, 4th, and 5th party download and installation? Just something quick and simple but obviously not Minecraft looking either, thanks.

lol, I'll bite :) Yes, there actually is a very easy way. Fire up the game, check the 'mods' menu option and you'll find a mod called "Beauties of Skyrim". Install it. Now, this mod has 2 versions. Obviously the Bethesda hosted version is fully family friendly and will feature everyone with their undies on, it's also why I don't mind mentioning it here. Read its description however and you'll be pointed to Nexus where you'll find both an uncensored 'patch' as well as the full uncensored version, both do exactly what you want.

CBBE will allow this, do not select 'never nude' when installing(females) Better male remesh for skyrim se (males)

For females, CBBE [www.nexusmods.com] or UNP [www.nexusmods.com] or other body mods. There are others but these are best, imo. For males, Tempered Skins for Males [www.nexusmods.com] . There are more but this is best, imo. Easy peasy. I recommend some time browsing Nexus in the Body, Face, and Hair and Models and Textures categories.

Will have to look at that male mod Mephitic, Oh! so many mods out there, you can lose track of them. Maybe for next profile build.

Tempered Skin for Males is the one that I use - very satisfied with it, as well as the UNP Renewal mod (linked by Mephitic)

Only thing the modder should done (if possible) was varied or random selection of said males they all look the same in size. Thats with the mod I stated but I will look at the other mod.

Well, underwears are OK, but the orignal just look out of place.

I always play my elder scrolls with nude mods because I like the realism nothing more, will this be possible in eso?
I sense sarcasm..... To answer, negative. There aren't going to be any mods that actually change the base game.

Probably a way to tell via the way the program would work with the api or something, though the only reason I can see to block modding skins would be to keep people from modding easy to spot textures for resources and such.
Who cares about console sales? The same type of people that care about which band of colored helmets can run their handegg acrossed a field the most.

Violation or not its unlikely they'd waste time looking for people with texture mods, being such mods would only show up on the computer's that use them. The devs will have their hands full with all the real hackers, gold sellers, and other scum that typically show up in MMOs. Texture mods won't likely be common either though, seeing as ESO wasn't made open to editing the way the single player TES games are.
Like the other person said, it could be used to make textures easier to identify. The possibilities of an unfair advantage for PvP is enough for them to want to prevent it and make examples out of anyone caught doing it.

Actually there is a really simple solution that is light on dev time. The launcher scans the files and simply redownloads those that have been replaced. Textures can be used to cheat in MMOs.

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Nude Females Mod v1.5 (Full)
This modification for Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim removes the underwear from female characters as well as making the anatomically correct. Simply extract into the Data folder of your Skyrim installation. The textures are all high-res and seamless in the current version of the game. Read below for more information.
Full Includes: Nude Mesh, All varieties of non-beast race textures, both Argonian textures and both Khajiit textures (as well as screenshots to make choosing easier). (You only need this --or-- the main download)
- All textures are now high-res and seamless
- Dirty and Clean version of the textures, with pubic hair and hairless versions of both
- Khajiit textures: Default version (two nipples) and Alternate Cat version (8 nipples)
- New default Argonian texture without nipples (nippled version is optional)
- Corrected nipple placement in .msn files
- Removed some blockyness from .msn files
Nude Females removes the underwear from female characters in the game, and updates the textures based on what one would expect to see underneath.
The textures are all high-res and seamless in the current version.
You must have first downloaded either the Main Download or the Full Download. Extract one of these into your Skyrim data folder (this should be your Steam folder\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\). This will install the mod with the default Clean textures with pubic hair.
If you have done this correctly the mod should work ingame without any other hassle.
To install the optional textures, first make sure you have installed one of the main files as above. Then, extract your chosen textures into the same folder as above (Steam folder\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\). This will overwrite the default mod textures with whichever optional textures you have chosen.
If you want to remove any of the new textures just delete the relevant files. If textures are removed the game will revert to the original "barbie doll" textures if you don't delete the mesh as well.
To uninstall, just remove the installed files. These will be located in:
- Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets\
- Data\textures\actors\character\argonianfemale\
- Data\textures\actors\character\female\
- Data\textures\actors\character\khajiitfemale\
