How do you properly edge ? And what are you really aiming for when you are trying to edge.
Like I think I was trying it out yesterday, and couldn’t resist holding it in anymore so I decided to blow my load. I heard there are great benefits for some guys when they edge such as bigger girth gains, and what not. That’s really one of the reasons why I am wanting to try this out. I hear there’s this point of no return that you reach in which means you’re getting ready to ejaculate ?
Then again .. I heard you aren’t suppose to ejaculate.
Edging refers to taking yourself just short of the “Point of No Return.” You will need to learn to read your own body signals, and stop before you reach that point where you no longer have control. This can be enhanced by doing kegels. By doing kegels you develop the ability to withhold ejaculation. This does take practice.
I am able to edge for up to 30 minutes. When I was younger I was able to edge for periods of over an hour.
One of the benefits of edging which I am very much aware of is the increase in the amount of semen released when you finally do climax.
I might also add, when I was younger, if I edged too often without climaxing I would get a serious case of “blue balls” also known as “lover’s nuts.” This can be quite a painful experience. Now that I am older I am able to edge several times a day for several days and not experience this negative effect

I always edge when time allows after PE . I think it has helped me. Edging does not have to be extreme, it’s all about control of breath, ejaculation, kegels, arousal, sensations, etc. It possibly does help with gains. Either way it’s a whole heap of fun.

jk. yeah, i’ll definitely give that a go. I’m still trying to figure out this whole PI theory, and comprehend the fact when my Member is tired. Sometimes I’ll try to PE or Edge, and he won’t budge. While taking a glance at that article, something interesting came across my eye. I’m still very new hence the fact this being my second month. I figured Kegels are relevant to this topic, and I’m not quiet understanding the difference here based on the two different techniques. I heard of a Reverse Kegel, but I never knew there was a pulling kegel and a pushing kegel.
During Push kegels, are you flexing your BC muscle, and then flexing your penis at the same time to transfer the “energy” into your Penis. I think I’ve been doing these all the time. There are times when I don’t flex my Penis at all while I perform a kegel, and I feel the pull closer to my Anus. That’s only when I’m tired though.

I don’t think I’m quiet understanding the actual genuine technique that lies behind edging.
I see there are multiple responses in that thread that just lead to confusion when reaching this PoNR, and Kegeling. Some individuals say that you hold your Kegel, stroke the base real slowly, and ejaculate at the end ? Some individuals say that you stroke the base slowly, pulsate your kegels moderately, and not ejaculate.
I mean personally, I find it quiet impossible to even hold my load when slowly stroking the base. It just makes me want to fire the gun right there. Also, if I don’t hold my kegel, forget about it… that fuckers blowing straight out. Lol.
Also there seems to be 2 muscles that flex during kegeling. I just started noticing them when I became a little more
experienced with PE . The BC Muscle, the one that flexes the penis backwards, pulling it .. and the PC muscle, the one
closer to your anus. I’m assuming they both come into play during this exercise ?
I flex the same muscles I use when cutting off my urine flow. To edge I get close, stop all stimulation and at the same time do a hard kegel. Re start stimulation around 20 seconds (guessing) later after the ejaculation sensation passes.
