The boys end up at drama camp with a whole bunch of new studs with the sexual hijinks to match. This is even better than the others. Although these aren't great films they're very entertaining. Sometimes intentionally so and sometimes not. This time around relationship lines are pushed and the main continuing couple is challenged. There's of course even more eye candy this time around and despite some truly awful performances its funnier and sexier than the others. 7/10

Not as good as the three previous films in this series. Enjoyable but not great. The storyline was ridiculous. Mediocre script, not up to par with the previous films. Chris Salvatore’s character turns out to be a real disputable person. Even his acting was mediocre. Really felt bad for Daniel Skelton’s character. Worth watching to see the context of this segment in the series. I hope that the last film is on a par with parts 1, 2 & 3.

The "Eating Out" series defies the standard rule that sequels are bad. I liked the first installment OK. The second was really good, and the third was excellent. We've shown the second and third installment to a number of friends, and bought copies as gifts. This fourth episode is good, but not as good as the second and third installment. Mind you, I will absolutely buy the DVD and be happy to have it, but it is really missing a larger role for Rebekah Kochan because she is a highlight of any movie she is in. It's too bad she wasn't around for "Gone with the Wind"....it would have been a very interestingly different movie. Definitely worth buying and watching, but also get installment 2 and 3 because those are even better.

I watched this a couple of times on Prime; decided it was worth buying--what if it disappeared from Prime tomorrow? Most movies of this genre ("genre is genre" as character Jason says) are sooooo poorly done: poorly acted, poorly photographed, bad script. I mean, really. In this day and age? This movie was well-directed, great script, and very well photographed. But the casting was either perfect or serendipitous: the chemistry between actors Chris Salvatore and Aaron Milo (good name, by the way) just makes the whole movie. When they look each other in the eyes, I feel like I should discretely leave the room! A happy addition to my library.

I was really looking forward to this movie because I really loved the 3rd one, as I felt the 3rd one was more touching with Casey's speech at the end. But the story line for this one wasn't as good. I was disappointed to see that Rebekkah Kochan only had a brief appearance in the movie, as I feel her ditzy blonde, slutty character is what helped make the other movies funnier. The woman at the camp who Casey became friendly with seemed to replace Rebekkah as Casey's faghag in the movie, and it just wasn't the same. This one was funny in some ways and it did feature some hot guys. Also, I don't want to spoil things for people who have not seen the movie yet, but I was also disappointed in regards to Zack and Casey's relationship.

I love the entire eating out series. Of course like most they seem to lose something with each sequel. Of course the first was the best and I am looking forward to the next one. So even though it wasn't as good as the rest, it was pretty good. I missed, damn I can't remember her name, but the Tramp that was so good in all the others, doesn't have a big enough part. Overall, If you liked the others, you will like this, not quite as much, but it does make you laugh.

I was afraid that Eating Out: Drama Camp wouldn't live up to the rest of the series, when I read that series favorite Rebekkah Kochan only had a cameo in this one. Well, I am glad to say that her short appearance didn't hurt this entry in the series one bit. Eating Out: Drama Camp may actually be the funniest in the whole series, thanks to hilarious performances from Drew Droege as Dick Dickey, and Mink Stole. There's also plenty of nudity and sexual shenanigans on display as well, but that's to be expected from this series. All in all, this is definitely a fun movie and highly recommended if you liked the other Eating Out's.

I liked this one but they tried to put the hole plot with the transgender girl and the strait boy as the big part of the movie and I like the idea but they need some help with the writing on that part of the move it felt a bit forced. The hot sexy men are amazing as always.

Not as good as the others

We have enjoyed the Eating Out movies quite a lot. The writing has been spot on and the characters very entertaining. But we found that this one was not as funny as the previous three. There are a few good one-liners, but not enough. Notably missing from the cast was Rebekah Kochan as Tiffani (who only had a small role). The new female foil, Lilach Mendelovich as Penny, was a poor substitute. All of the boys, especially Chris Salvatore and Aaron Milo, are adorable, but they just don't have the material to work with on this one. We have also bought Eating Out: The Open Weekend, and are hoping it will be better.

Thoroughly Enjoyable - certainly deserving of the series if not the 'best' of the series.

Wasn't sure what to expect of this one - have enjoyed each of this Series, but wonder when or if the wheels will fall off. Not with this one! It is likely the strongest of the Series so far. The eye candy is more plentiful, the story is strong, the cast is good (re: easy to look at) and good performances all round. Good production values too add to the visuals. Whether you've seen the other work in the Series or not, this one is worth catching!

it's been done before

I must've watched like over a hundred gay rom-com's in my life it feels like but it never really gets old. I found a lot of similarities here to Camp (a better movie for sure) which paved the way for this one. Watch Camp if u have the chance.

Love this series

This is movie #4 in the series of Eating Out movies. I think each one in the series are great or even gets better. I now own all 5 and would buy more if they were made.

Great movie!

I have enjoyed this series and was looking forward to seeing this one. Ah camp, it was funny and cute sometimes. I was hoping to see the two reunite but alas they did not. The new characters were funny, but I did miss Rebekah Kochan as Tiffani as her part was very small. Look forward to seeing the next one!!

Zack and Casey's relationship is in a slump, but things are about to change this summer at Dick Dickey's Drama Camp! When Zack meets Benji there is an instant connection. However, not wanting to interfere with Zack's current relationship, Benji pretends to be straight. When Benji and Zack get cast as lovers in an updated, sexed-up version of The Taming of the Shrew, their self-restraint is put to the test. And when the sparks start to fly, Casey's trusted friend Penny takes matters into her own hands by setting a poison oak trap for Benji so that Casey can step in as Benji's understudy. But when Beau (Ronnie Kroell, Make Me a Supermodel) starts crushing on Casey, Casey wonders if he and Zack are really meant to be together after all. Meanwhile, Jason, the straight director who likes to film gay guys to impress the straight chicks, starts falling for Lilly (Harmony Santana, Sundance film festival's Gun Hill Road), the transgendered girl. And Aunt Helen (Mink Stole) has tapped into her inner Couger and takes on a new boy toy, Andy. Introducing a diverse ensemble of characters, Eating Out: Drama Camp is an over-the-top raunchy comedy with the innocence of summer love.
