First of all, remember that we always use the period of 15 minutes to search for entry points. Backtests on this timeframe showed the maximum result.

The strategy is based on mathematical calculations. These calculations are visualized with the help of indicators into easy-to-understand graphic images and are either near the chart or directly on it. We use these indicators on the Tradingviev website in the "Indicators" section.

In this section we need to select 3 indicators and configure them correctly:

EMA indicator

Select this indicator in the search window. Using the asterisk icon you can add this tool to your favorites.

Click on the indicator name and it opens in the upper left corner.

Now we need to set it up correctly. If you click on the gear, the indicator setting will open and in the column "Length" we write "200".

Click OK, go to the next indicator.

MACD indicator

Just as with the previous one, write MACD in the search window and add it to favorites.

No settings are required for this indicator.

Supertrend indicator

We choose the SuperTrend indicator from the author KivancOzbilgic. It is more convenient to work with it than with the built-in one.

Set the Supertrend settings.

ATR should be set to "1.5" WITH A POINT!!!!

Uncheck the checkbox to display Buy/Sell signals at will. As for me, it's an unnecessary feature, it gets in the way.

To enter a deal we need to get three signals from these indicators.

The first signal on "Supertrend" - opening point (green for long, red for short).

The second signal on "MACD" - crossing of blue and orange lines (below the zero line - long, above the zero line - short).

The third signal is confirmation:

If the price is above the EMA line and we have two arguments on MACD and Supertrend indicators for longing, we go in. If the price is below the EMA line, we don't go in, even if other conditions are the same.

If the price is below the EMA line and we have two arguments on MACD and Supertrend indicators to short, then we go in. If the price is above the EMA line, we do not enter, even if other conditions coincide.

That is, we always need to have three arguments to enter a trade. Not always they can coincide perfectly in one period, so the acceptable delay is 2 candles. Entry into the deal is allowed on the 3rd candle, if confirmation of one of the arguments is required.

To exit the deal, we use the signal on the Supertrend indicator open in the opposite direction. It often happens that the indicator lags and the potential of the deal was much greater than Supertrend showed, so, in principle, you can close your deal when you see fit. This will depend on your competence, as well as fear, greed and the size of your balls.

If you are a smart and observant trader, you may notice another shorting situation right in the screenshot.

Cash Preservation

In this strategy we always use leverage x10. Less leverage can be used. It entails a reduction of risks. Greater leverage is not allowed - it increases risks and, as a consequence, the loss of the entire deposit.

Before opening a deal, you need to determine the size of the risk. We put the stop-loss order at the opening point of the Supertrend. If the opening price of the order is more than 2.5%, we do not open the deal. This is not a rule, but a personal recommendation. You can open trades with a large stop-loss at your own risk.

Never ignore the trade protection (STOP LOSS) and ALWAYS place it according to the rules. OTHERWISE THERE IS A CHANCE TO LOSE THE WHOLE DEPOSIT!!! If the price immediately after opening a deal goes against you, it will save your money.

For more safety we move stop-loss to breakeven (at the price of entering the deal), when the price reaches +1% on the chart.

For even greater safety, we fix a part of the position, for example 25%, when the price reaches 1% on the chart. This will provide you with a guaranteed breakeven even if your stop-loss order closes below the placed price in case of liquidity shortage.
