No, only the total number of views on a single video counts. Payout is made only once, regardless of when the required view count was reached.
Can I update the view count after submitting the application?
Let’s say you submitted your application with 50,000 views, and later it reaches 200,000. Unfortunately, updating the view count after submission is not possible.
