📢Rules for EXMO chat participants (ENG)📢

EXMO Chat (eng) is a communication platform for English-speaking users of the EXMO exchange. Do not use other languages ​​when communicating in the chat.

Entering the chat, users accept voluntary obligations to abide by the rules listed below.

❗ Administrators answer questions from Monday to Friday 7 AM-4 PM UTC. At other times the chat is being moderated. Chat publications are available 24/7 for all users. Private messages are ignored during moderations. 

❗ Chat moderators can advise on general issues of the exchange, but do not provide full technical support.

❗ Please send all questions related to the work of the exchange, as well as complaints and requests to support@exmo.com: technical support is available 24/7, the average response time is 15 minutes.

❗ If the administrator or moderator believes that any user’s action interferes with other chat participants, he is obliged to warn the user about the inadmissibility of such behavior.

❗ If the user defies the recommendation, he can be blocked for any period the administrator or moderator considers fair.

❗ In case of message flood and spam detection, the moderator or chat administrator has the right to delete the user's messages.

❗ The consequences' severity for violations remains at the discretion of the chat moderator.

❗ For a systematic violation of the chat rules, the Moderator may permanently ban the user.

And now let’s cover the forbidden actions for the chat users: 😎

1. Fraud:
   -creation of fakes;
   -impersonation of an EXMO employee.
2. Profanity in any language and form, as well as all offensive words. 
3. Discrimination on racial, national, religious or other grounds. Nationalist, racial slogans and statements.
4. The propaganda of violence, weapons, drugs, alcohol and tobacco usage, etc.
5. Defamation, unsubstantiated accusations. Dissemination of false information about EXMO: accusatory messages and unverified data. 
6. Direct and indirect insults (including the usage of literary words as insults), rudeness to other participants and the administration of the chat, as well as provoking conflict situations.
7. Spam, flood, advertising:
   - commercial and non-commercial advertising, as well as discussion of sites, third-party projects not related to EXMO and its partners.
   - private announcements containing purchase / sale offers of title units, including ones with contact information.
   - Advertising of third-party resources in forms of nicknames. (except EXMO and its partners).
8. Trolling and flaming. 
9. Messages for discussion and disagreement with the actions of the Moderator and / or the Administration of the chat.
10. Spam
    - advertising of any resource in an explicit form (except EXMO and partners).
11. Disclosure of any personal information of the participants, moderators or administration of the project without consent.
12. Threats and insults: 
    - messages containing direct or indirect death threats in real life, extortion and blackmail.
    - insults in any form, humiliation of human dignity.
    - insulting the Moderator, representatives of the administration or company. 
    - threats of violence removal from the moderator's post.
13. Ignoring warnings and requests of chat moderators.
