You change passwords in DigiCert/GlobalSign. You run the self-hosted runner in NL/DE. In the AWS console, you create EC2 t3.medium or t3.large in eu-west-1. Choose the AMI “Amazon Linux 2” or “Ubuntu 22.04". You insert a ready-made script into the User Data, which we will provide.
