Position Overview
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
We're seeking enthusiastic and dependable ESL Instructors to teach English to children in a fun, supportive, and interactive online environment. If you're passionate about education and enjoy helping young learners grow in confidence, we'd love to welcome you to the Nao Now team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver live online English lessons to children using Nao Now's curriculum and learning materials.
* Create a welcoming and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages participation.
* Tailor instruction to each student's proficiency level, learning style, and individual goals.
* Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
* Monitor student progress and provide encouraging, constructive feedback.
* Communicate professionally with students, parents, and the Nao Now team as needed.
* Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistency in your assigned teaching schedule.
Qualifications
* Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
* Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or working with children is preferred.
* Passion for helping young learners build confidence and communication skills.
* Comfortable using online teaching platforms, video conferencing software, and digital learning tools.
* Strong classroom management, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching environment.
* Computer or laptop with a webcam and headset.
* Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not required.
* TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other ESL/EFL certifications are an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
* Compensation equivalent to $20 USD per teaching hour.
* Paid per completed 25-minute lesson.
* Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and evaluation performance.
* Comprehensive curriculum and teaching materials provided.
* No unpaid lesson planning required.
* Work remotely from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

* Training and onboarding are unpaid.
Schedule Requirements
* Minimum availability of 10 teaching hours per week.
* Available to teach during Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM–10:00 PM KST (Korea Standard Time).
* Minimum 3-month commitment.
* Consistent weekly schedule required.
